It is the parking lot of the Agnes home. A shelter that was providing the boy and who-ever with saftey from domestic violence.. I know the person who owns the "brick building and fence that was hit by the little dude. if this is a domestic violence shelter to protect..why wasn't this young boy being protected.(it cost money(taxpayers) money for people and kids to hide there. I know..I was there years ago. His leaving the building endangered everyone else hiding inside. this is NOT GOOD!
