Arguably two of the greatest workers ANYWHERE in the world. Yeah it was 15 years ago, but unlike the over scripted matches of today, they told a story. Even with no commentary, Muta and Liger have the ability to keep you hanging on the edge of your seat as it were. I was fortunate to first see this match back in 1999 and it still amazes me to this day. One of my all time favorite matches.

Did anybody else notice that Muta performed like, six offensive moves? Elbowdrop, handspring back elbow, piledriver, back suplex and moonsault? This match was high in theater but LOW in actual WRESTLING yet everyone here is singing their praises! These were two veterans who knew how to work a crowd and get the most out of stalling. Fun to watch, but I've seen DOZENS of matches better than this one.
