@laza988 Dont worry, they can do it with all your teeth. The second molar in the upper jaw is the "hardest" as there is usually a very thin bone layer there between your maxillary sinus and the tooth. But even there they can do it. In patients who has been without some teeth, there will be bone resorption and thet can sometimes demand artificial bonegrafts/bone transplants.

@IIbikerII I just got two done yesterday in my upper and there really wasn't any pain. Every couple of hours I get a little discomfort and pressure, but nothing serious.
