For the most part Ebeye surf only gets good in the early fall. All year the trade winds are on shore, but early fall the west winds groom it up. This video is not an example of good Ebeye surf. There are other spots in the atoll if you have access to a boat.

I did, that is why I described what I saw. Books have been written about the poor conditions on Ebeye. I believe it is a beautiful place and I greatly admire the people who live there. Bringing an international light to bear about the living conditions only helps the people of Ebeye. Keep your terroristic threats to yourself.

Saw children swimming amonst trash using a rusty old refrigerator as a "boat". Its a shame. Nearby Kwaj has the lavish ammenities of the US, but it is subsidized by the US and not available to natives from Ebeye.
I guess you never really understood the true Marshallese spirit when you were there... next time consider your audience before making such statements. This happens to be some peoples' home... I witnessed true pride and happiness my years there.
And the Americans offered 15 million dollars for this beautiful place.
