  • United States NEEDS Ron Paul to be President. I am writing him in, no matter what.

  • My God! Ron Paul was right. We not only bailed out Greece, but also all of Europe and US private businesses.

  • The money for Watergate came from the Federal Reserve?! WHAT?! DON'T AMERICANS READ ANYMORE?! Or do they get their news from Fox, talk radio and mass media? This is frightening. Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

  • Wake up America! The Cash for the Watergate scandal came from the Federal Reserve?! Wow, I'll bet people like Ron Paul are hoping that Americans continue to watch Fox News, talk radio, and NOT read history and educate themselves. This man scares me.

  • holy shit the dow is still ranging in the SAME range 10383 , lol

  • Barney likes Ron Paul... he doesn't like to dissapoint him, and he knows he does it all the time. So when he says something like we need to look into this under Nixon and Reagan, hes just doing it so he can sleep at night, and so that Ron doesn't think hes such a weak loser. Ron has stood up before for Barney Frank on the radio.

  • continued-

The secret meeting on Jekyll Island in Georgia, at which the Federal Reserve was conceived; the birth of a banking cartel to protect its members from competition; the strategy of how to convince Congress and the public that this cartel was an agency of the United States government.

We see the results today, in the massive collectivism being levied upon us.

We are owned by them and they are imposing a police state grid to control dissent.

  • Edward G Griffin wrote, "The Creature From Jekyll Island". A historical rundown of how the Fed came into being.

  • Great video hope to see more soon

  • Obviously, you need to re-read the US Constitution, and so, apparantly, does Mr. Paul.

  • Ron Paul does something on principle, Bernanke stonewalls, Barney Frank immediately turns it into a partisan game. Info on what Paul is saying is in the book by Robert Auerbach "Deception and Abuse at the Fed" -- parts of it are on google books.

  • @SamHusseini

Is Ron Paul a sorcerer with special powers? If not, why do you assume he has some special inside knowledge about the Fed to which other members of Congress are not privy? If he's really more a whistleblower, let him produce CREDIBLE EVIDENCE. proving that his "theories" are more than just crackpot musings.

  • I liked Bernanke's puzzled reaction here. After Paul's strange ramblings, Bernanke looked as if he'd just momentarily entered an insane asylum and sat down to be interviewed by a paranoid schizophrenic about polictics. TRULY WEIRD.

  • @petrina1022

    Strange ramblings? How so?

  • bizzar...what the hell is he doing?

  • Here's a thought: If humankind could "afford" two world wars, a cold war, a Vietnam war, two gulf wars and a war in Afghanistan we can afford making all of Sahara into a forest, an orchard or any kind of green paradise and just about _any_ other kind of "hairbrained" positive environmental scheme you can think of!

  • Ron Paul kicks so much ass

  • fukk the govt

  • Crazy Ronnie shouldn't rely on Dan Brown novels for the history of the Federal Reserve.

  • Bernanke = Fraudster Liar

  • Ron Paul 2012!

  • Hey Mardini, why don't you go learn something....like read End The Fed

  • Ron Paul suggested money from the Watergate matter came from the Fed.

Every dollar in circulation in the world comes through the Fed. That is the point of the Fed. Just like every egg comes from a chicken. And every glass of milk comes from a cow.

Blame the chickens and the cows for the financial crisis!

  • @RogerOnTheRight Do me a favor? Read the article "Fed Secrecy in the Watergate Years" by Jeff Tucker.

  • That's not what he meant you crazy nut! Please read "Deception and Abuse at the Fed" by Robert Auerbach. It covers the very specific topics that Paul brought up in this questioning.

  • Oh, I'm sure it's not what he *meant*. It's just what he *said*.

The problem with Ron Paul and his ilk is the pronounced bent toward conspiracy theories. Maybe there is some truth to the matter, but when you come off like a whacked out nut job, it saps you of all credibility.

Ron Paul and libertarians in general have a great intellectual platform. But, they somehow have to get over the nuttiness in their presentation style.

  • Or maybe it's because you're such a nut job that you can't understand a basic statement!

He did not mean the money came from the FED because the FED prints the money - he meant it was FUNNELED to the people some how because in the book I told you about it talks about the bills being NEWLY PRINTED and in SEQUENTIAL ORDER.

  • Sure, but if you cannot say what you mean, and you say nutty things, then you come across as a nut.

    Just read your own words.

Besides, you can get newly printed bills in sequential order by going to a bank.

  • I'll take your criticism as honest and admit we tend to have communication "issues." Rest assured though, many libertarians understand the problem and are working to resolve it. Progress in that area is slow, but it's coming. Predicting the financial crisis has helped bring credibility in its own own way.

  • The govt is also bent on conspiracy theories, they spout them out all the time.

And which conspiracy theory are you talking about?

  • The government spouts conspiracy theories? Can you give us a reference? I have a hard time recalling when "then government" put forth a conspiracy theory.

Other, than, say, some RICO prosecution, where evidence of a conspiracy is actually presented.

What I am referring to is the theory the Fed funded Watergate. Or, that 9/11 was an "inside job". Two examples, offhand.

  • sure, they do it all the time. Ones that stand out are 9/11,the first WTC bombing, Oklahoma city

All conspiracy theory means(paraphrasing) is 2 or more people who conspire or get together to do something,

The govt's conspiracy theory about 9/11 is a lot weirder than any truthers

  • When we speak of "conspiracy theories" we usually don't put them in the same category as a prosecution or a military mission.

It's a bit like the word "myth", which really just means a traditional story. But, in popular usage we often mean it to be some story that is patently false.

That 9/11 was a plot by members of al Qaeda is supported by some widely known and fairly obvious evidence.

  • "That 9/11 was a plot by members of al Qaeda is supported by some widely known and fairly obvious evidence."

---But Osama Bin Laden did it right? Oh wait they have a different guy to blame now after his confesion from torture. Hell if I was tortured I'd admit I plotted the 911 attacks too. It's all made up man. What evidence is there... what the news told you is evidence? The real truth is that we don't have all the facts about 911 and we never will.

  • "That 9/11 was a plot by members of al Qaeda is supported by some widely known and fairly obvious evidence."

what obvious evidence is there about Al Qaeda. Bc from my understanding they are just a data base of many radical islamists who worked with the CIA to fight the soviets back in the 70's

You know that Bin Laden wasnt officially charged for 9/11 right?

  • You have videotaped admissions by bin Laden and others, for starters. Of course, a conspiracy theory adherent will readily dismiss this as meaningless. I guess you preemptively moved toward that end by suggesting bin Laden's not having been charged is somehow significant in this.

What did you expect Bush to do, issue indictments and arrest warrants?

Tell us, what do you think happened on 9/11?

  • @RogerOnTheRight

I hope you are not basing 9/11 on one very controversial video tape? There is a reason our FBI and state dept have not officially charged bin laden. He is just a boggy man for this endless war on terror.

I dont know what happened on 9/11. I only know that the govt's conspiracy theory doesnt make a whole lot of sense.

    I

  • it's funny how all his reports go back to REPUBLICAN presidents

  • You mean, how the Democrats never construct conspiracy theories involving their own presidencies?

    Funny, yes.

  • Not really. There were plenty of shenanigans going on between Greenspan and the Clinton Whitehouse. There tends to be blood on everyone's hands they're closely involved with the Fed.

  • RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT!!!

  • Everyone who supports Ron Paul needs to start thinking of strategy for 2012. We need everyone to simply focus on just there local counties and try to win them over! I plan for Madison county, VA and hopefully all surrounding counties will go to Ron Paul due to my efforts!

  • @RobbyRichards Don't you understand yet? What can Ron Paul do as President, the Presidency is part of the problem! Obama is nothing more than a 100% Wall Street-backed Presidential puppet. Don't you know that the Secretary of the Treasury runs America under the orders of the Fed - 8 privately owned banks? Wake up! Congress, MIC,Federal Reserve is a three-headed beast. The President is essentially powerless other than having the ability to start wars.

  • @Nautilus1972

Look up executive orders you will see that the president has broad powers far exceeding the constitution. Congress actually has the power to declare war but you are right the President is capable of starting war. But the president also commands the troops. Ron Paul could bring all our troops home. He could pull our troops off of pointless bases all over the world. Ron Paul could do alot!!

  • @RobbyRichards You don't need my help, I live in Brazoria County, the one that he a representative for! :) Everyone around here absolutely loves this man, I really hope he becomes president.

  • RON PAUL 2012

  • At the end of the video, some of these congressmen look like their legally dead for crying out loud.

  • Find the truth, view my channel, thanks.

  • Id trust ron paul to fix my body but not my economy. The guy probably knows loads about science and medicine but lacks insight in economic issues.

  • he doesn't even believe in evolution. He's a kook, and it shows in this clip.

  • @GuppyPal

Eh good point, he surely knows the similarities in human and ape physiology... Cant connect the dots apparently.

  • Lacks insight in economic issues? You're funny.

  • abolish the fed,

they are crooks and completely unconstitutuional

  • tell em Ron....i dont agree with some of your stuff, but this is right on.

  • Chihuahuas, dancing , fire work on your bookshelf ,cereal or funny fights scenes ... If you like any of the following come check out my channel ....

    Thx yo :]

  • FIRE THE FED RES

  • Ron Paul is the only one daring enough to question the madness thats been going on for quite some time

  • Wish he'd get into office. He's honestly the only guy that I feel has promise of being a good president. I was foolish enough to think Obama would be good, but he is so unbelievably weak that even if he believed what he promised, which I am starting to doubt, he would never act.

At least Ron Paul was actively acting on what he believes, and has been doing so for many years. Sadly, I don't think he'll ever get elected, a lot of powerful people would work very hard to stop that from happening.

  • @Elmaln

why be mad at obama. frankly he is simply the face of the executive branch so ppl like you and me can point our fingers at someone when things go wrong. but when it comes to the financial decisions this country makes the FEDs have all the power.. they are INDEPENDENT WITHIN THE GOVERNMENT.. no one controls the federal reserve so who really knows whats going on.

Point is simple- if you control the money, you control the government, period.

  • @xmm2006mm2006x I really wish people would take his party seriously. It's amazing, he's from Texas yet he doesn't fit in any of the casual stereotypes of a texan; he's a great example. Now if he goes against fox news, i would be impressed! wouldn't happen though

  • @PurplePlayer99 He did google it

  • Seriously, Barney Frank is such a douche bag. He never holds himself responsible for any of his actions, which have probably done more to get us in the mess we are in now, but is always quick to judge others who dont agree with him. Way to miss the entire point of Ron's statement so you could make a political statement of your own.

  • ron needs to wake up

  • Amen!

  • Personally I disagree with Ron Paul on idealogy. In my view the gold standard and the austrian school is high minded nonsense.

But you have to admit he is usually right in his predictions.

  • is freedom to use gold instead of crummy slips of paper, and liberty to freely exchange in the market place high minded nonsense?

the austrian school simply represents voluntarism

  • @jdcow

Hmmm. My problem with gold is that I view it having equal value to paper. It only has value because society attributes value to it. Exactly the case with fiat currency. "Money" whether gold or fiat is all a game "lets pretend". If shiny metal floats your boat then fine, but to me the only value gold has is for the goods I could trade it for.

  • Ron Paul uses the limited time he has available to cram in as many points as possible and in the process, it's hard for some to get a clear picture of where his allegations are going.

  • the federal reserve bank is a criminally run operation with a vice grip on the monetary system, this is hardly a political agenda, they are above it.

  • you mad?

  • Would you prefer the congress that consistently spends a trillion more than it brings in to be in control of the money supply? The reason we haven't had double digit inflation is that we have been selling t-bills to foreign nations hence not printing new currency of our own without backing it w/ foreign debt. I guess i shouldn't expect much from you tubers considering most people fail econ even at a university.

  • You say that as if it is the only alternative, pretty narrow minded of you, congress is about as competent as a pack of you tubers debating(including you). I'm in favor of abolishing any sort of a monetary or barter system, we survived before it, we can do without it again, with the application of our technology any sort of labor force would be obsolete this time though, and thus so would the slave debt mentality of a monetary system

  • @adriank1223

You would have to exterminate humans to eliminate barter numskull.... Humans have traded since we learned to communicate and probably before. You sound like a communist....

  • wow you are an idiot aren't you? there are current societies TODAY that don't use a barter system, as well as societies long ago, its simple, if something needs doing it gets done. You lost all credibility in this conversation once you started flinging shit like the dumb ape you are, fuck off and enjoy.

  • @adriank1223

How about you back your claim up with some examples..... The moron is the one who argues with no proof.

  • @budda10000 - you're not a libertarian. you're way too educated.

  • Kennedy was assasinated in Tx; Ron Paul was in TX. His campaign theme? Revolution!

Coincidence? We need a blue-ribbon panel of John Birchers!!!

  • Ron Paul is from Texas, Kennedy was assassinated in Texas, Kevin Bacon was in the move JFK.

    Coincidence?

  • hahaha..love it

  • The kook followed by an architect of the collapse.

  • ahah ron paul is nuts

  • who the fuck is this old geezer

  • your the problem in america,,,,because you don't know

wake up,,, study how the fed started and jekyll island

then make your vote count,,,, let's take back our gov't

  • lmfao.. cause they're republicans... hah!

  • "Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me

privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of

commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something.

They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so

watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better

not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it."

-Woodrow Wilson, his book The New Freedom 1913. full text online

  • LMFAO

Barnie Frank the Chairman said he completely agreed 100% with Ron Paul's idea to get information about the 5 billion to Sadam and the money funneled into Watergate. Completely vindication even Ron Paul looked surprised hahahaha

He needs to be careful though... he's getting really bold

In Woodrow Wilson's day you couldn't even challenge the real power structure. 50 years later JFK tried to out in the open and by executive order... he was killed. But now over 100 years later its not taboo

  • barney bank said that in gest,,, meaning"yeah let's do it,,,,,,that will destroy the repubs cred"

those were both repub prez's,,,,, hint, his partisan sarcasm as he sprays his desk with spit

    you missed his obvious sarcasm

however,,, paul's statements aren't so crazy afterall,,, what he said may have some truth

the planeloads of fresh money to iraq that disappeared ,,,, and a few newspaper articles about watergate incident

or more recently the GAAL lawsuit for manipulating gold markets

  • EXCELLENT! Ron Paul is a man of truth!!

  • The two party system was devised and is controlled by the elite.A man who goes against their plans, such as Ron Paul, would never become president and I'm sure he was well aware of that.He even stated in a recently media interview that he was primarily in the public spotlight and media to bring up awareness on economic issues and other political issues. He is the best voice on economic issues hands down, I however, have disagreements with his international policies but no politician is perfect.

  • RON PAUL HAS BEEN RIGHT ALL ALONG!

    He is the best!

  • wake up!:D

  • Check out my channel for the truth, thanks.

  • LoL, I like that surprised smile at the end

  • What saddens me is that whether you believe that Austrian economics is a better path or whether you believe in our present more Keynesian path-- the present, often passionate and polarized arguments mask the inevitable unforeseeable FUTURE fear and greed which will, without doubt (unless evolution works some miracle) infect whatever construct we erect. To the fullest extent of our cumulatively flawed humanness. It is beyond legislation and the law. Our best sucks, our best has failed.

  • Bernanke and the fed are definitely corrupt. It's also intersting that Bawney Fwanks ex-boyfwend was a fannie mae exec. Hmmm..........no accountability. Maybe Ron Paul should run for president or something

  • amen

  • he dares to look into the BS that we've been fed. A nutjob? maybe we are the blind pigs living well while these things have been going on..

  • I don't understand how some fan of Ron Paul can believe he actually won anything there... They must be delusional. That will stick to RP for a long time let me tell you, not even knowing that everything that is said and done within the boundary of the fed is released 5 years after and thinking that the fed was involved with Saddam and Watergate next.... wow... He's going to be taken for a nutjob for months if not years. Watch and learn kids, heros can sink.

  • right he's too smart to get elected -you have to sell yourself out to be elected. So yea he cant be elected because he dosen't bow down to the BS media. or anyone else like you for instance. your BS doesn't matter he keeps talking intelligence and it keeps getting ignored. Butyou and your sheeple voted in the worst case of govt. beauracrazy -so here we are -yea your right ---not a president. he would be a great one...

  • paul is smart.... but hes no president.... good congressman.....

  • wtf are u joking? he'd make a great president.

  • ron paul - good guy

    ben fucking bernanke- bad guy,

  • @sharinganclan213 thanks for clearing that up.

  • "you'd know about"

Thanks Bernanke, but I don't take your word for it thank you very much.

  • RUN PAUL RUN!!!!!.......

    RoN PAUL 2012

  • We need to make sure Ron Paul is heard. He seeks the truth of misdoings and corruption.

  • GET em, RON!!!!!!!!!!

  • Who let an intuitive into congress? We should only be ruled by mindless SJ robots.

  • @RCSuperPowers

Dave stop watching Ron Paul videos and put some videos up.LOL I mean I know that Ron Paul rocks and every smart person wants to listen to him but don't forget to upload some RC videos from time to time.

P.S. I still watch your videos even though you banned me from you channel cuz of a comment I made on your survival video :)))

  • You got to love Braney Frank, willing to investigate those Reps but not those Dems.

  • I'm surprised Ron Paul didn't ask Bernanke about the Fed's role in killing off Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.

  • Ron Paul is the unofficial president.

  • You people realize that Barney Frank was making fun of Paul at the end there - right?

  • Ooopse sorry, didn't mean to give you thumbs down, Frank has to go..

  • Ron Paul for President!

  • I think Congressman Paul was shocked by, and elated by, the comments of Barney Frank.

  • ron paul 2012!!!!!

  • watch Bernanke;s eyes when asked about greece they start fluttering all over and his eye rolls back hes trying to think of what to say, hes not telling the whole truth

  • when they say "look into" , what does that mean? Maybe they should "look into" 9/11. Who is "they" anyways?

  • You people hating on Ron paul, are yourselves idiots.

If you don't understand how "Money Creation" aka. "Monetary Policy" affects ALL aspects of our lives, then you have no grasp on what it means.

Our economy is based on fictional currencey which is created BY PRIVATE BANKERS, Who WE (the people) pay INTEREST to.

Why don't some of you understand that? WE (A country) are paying INTEREST to a PRIVATE corporation!! A COUNTRY paying INTEREST on money that has no physical backing.

  • @mattboy1981

simpleton? love him or hate him, hes one of the most intellectual ppl ive ever heard speak...anything but a simpleton my friend

  • Open the freaking Books. This is OUR Money, Not the Goverments or Politicans!!!! All thoes Clowns work for us. We pay there assess. Ron is correct. Ans as for Mr. Frank he is a bumb ass. Congress needs to look at every year, not just on Nixon or Reagan....EVERY YEARS AND DECADE!!!

  • i really like ron paul's foreign policy but his views on the economy are loopy. in an interview about over-leveraged banks he said deregulation would result in 100% reserves for the banks. a bank can't even loan money if they are required to have 100% reserves and that is a heavy handed regulation on a bank and he offered that scenario as his utopian deregulated bank industry.

  • Since people are dumb, I guess I have to comment again. knockonyourbackdoor - Ron Paul just won the nomination from CPAC last week. I'm pretty sure the vote wasn't conducted on youtube. And rdrakken, it doesn't matter that we are getting the money back or even that we are getting it with interest. It's that we have basically said to all large financial institutions, "don't worry about your risk models. If you lose your bets, we'll bail you out again." It creates a DISINCENTIVE to act responsibly

  • sakibt - for real, shut up. He's clearly not an anti-semite. Just because Bernanke is smart doesn't mean anyone has to agree with the way he handles the economy.

  • Ron Paul is basically only popular on the internet. hahahaha

  • @knockonyourbackdoor

He's a virus, yes he is only popular on the internet.

Newspapers close and no one believes the shit shoveled on the nightly news anymore.

    Internet, yes.

  • This was awesome! I have never seen him grill him this well. OMG!!! first he wins CPAC and now he cuts Ben's nuts off.

  • i love ron paul. but he was owned....

  • you say that bernake is doing a good job but he is destroying this country. lets just print money and spend..lets go further into debt....lets give money to the big bankers...NEED MORE MONEY...ron paul was to soft on him.

  • @sean00fl its amazing how everyone that has no actual point backed with historical facts always say things like "destroying this country".

The money wasnt given to the banks to give money away it was a stop gap on the downtrend which is why most of the money was paid back and Obama is going to TAX THE BANKS that havent given the money back yet until its paid back with INTEREST.

Ron Paul was owned because he knows shit about economics, he should stick to the things he knows and does well

  • problem in your logic...

Fed controls interest rates and reserve rates...

    Treasury controls money supply...

Treasury is run by the president.

Fed chairman is independent of the president and has no control over "printing" money..

Governments and currency trading have been the main sources of extreme inflation. Research the 1980's currency crisis in Latin America, azn currency crisis, and Bolivian hyperinflation, there are some commonalities and none of them involve independent central banks

  • @budda10000

Actually your right about treasury PRINTING the money but its the banks who CREATE it. Banks can create money everyday in their digital databases which later on gets printed our by the treasury.

Federal reserve decide how much money those banks can create on every single loan taken out. Which is how they control how much money there is in circulation and are responsible for the inflation. Its not the treasury that's in control of the money supply.

  • @PoopnSuch

Well I wont bother you with the mathematical method the Fed actually uses to calculate how much "created money" is actually in the economy but needless to say if you took away the money multiplier effect you would cause a MASSIVE deflation and a DEPRESSION as a result. You would effectively wipe out any loans made prior to your little stunt and end lending as we know it. But sure go right ahead and keep sounding like a lunatic to any educated economist.

  • @budda10000

I wasn't talking about removing it so I don't know wtf your replying to. The created money is actually NOT in economy until someone takes out that loan. It is created the moment you take out that loan and later gets printed by the treasury. No one is saying that feds print money, I'm saying they control how much is created.

Also taking economics 101 in high school doesn't make you an "educated economist".

  • @PoopnSuch do us a favor and dont vote. You have the money supply completely backwards. Did you even do what i said and pick up an intro to macroeconomics book? I have like 4 if your really to poor to afford one. Pick up and old addition by mankiw or if your mental capacity is limited try colander.

  • @budda10000 Great you read couple books woohoo buddy! And you have four of them?! Wow, I'm impressed! It's the second time your retarded ass replies to me about something I didn't say so I don't even know why I bother replying back.

The feds come up with a multiplier on money created from loans. They are able to lower the multiplier to cause a deflation or raise it to cause an inflation. The money created from lending is NOT in the economy until loan is given. What exactly do I have backwards?

  • @PoopnSuch

Its more than you have done..... stop watching tube videos for your econ education. If your interested in it then go to college.

the source of money is hard currency supplied by treasury which flows to banks who then lend it out less reserve requirements. Those loan recipients deposit that amount in another bank which then loans it out to another consumer less reserve requirement. Hence its called an infinite geometric series.

    math owns.

  • @budda10000

God, you're an idiot lol.. You don't even know what you're arguing about anymore, just typing random shit sprinkled with weak insults.

You don't need to go to college to grasp the basic concept of fractional reserve banking.. It's really not that complicated lol. Is it one of the ways that money is created? YES. Did I say its the ONLY way money is created? NO.

Why the fuck are you still replying to me? What exactly are you trying to prove here?

  • @PoopnSuch

To show that you have a minuscule mind with no understanding of basic math. To compensate for this lack of understanding you come on youtube and cuss at people who know more than you. It's pretty typical actually, congrats on being an avrg. youtuber. You then back off your concrete claim and say it's not the ONLY way money is created as if you knew i was right all along.

  • @budda10000 ROFL you fucking moron. Read all of my comments you dipshit. I wasn't rude to you until I got annoyed with your stupidity. Someone said money is created when banks loan money, you commented to them saying that's not true. I commented back to you and said its very true. Then you proceeded saying I wanted to remove the bartering system when all I said from the beginning, money IS created from loans. WTF? Lol just delete your youtube account or at least stop leaving retarded comments.

  • @budda10000 And btw..

    1. Math had nothing to do in this argument so using "you dun know mats duurrr" as your main argument makes you look like a retard.

    2. You don't need to take a class in economics to understand these very basic concepts.

    3. Before you reply to someones comment, be sure to read what they are saying first and don't ASSUME like a dumbass.

Few tips to help you along with your youtube arguments :) you're welcome!

  • @PoopnSuch

If you think math has nothing to do with economics you already proved your ignorance. There is a reason most PHD candidates for economics have very strong math backgrounds. Most of the models Paul talks about were derived by economists working with or as mathematicians.

  • @budda10000

Again replying to shit I didn't say lol wow.. seriously you're a dumbass..

"Math had nothing to do in THIS argument" didn't say anything about it being irrelevant in economics. Read over my tips AGAIN and highlight number 3..

    Fuck you, I'm done.

  • Comment removed

  • @PoopnSuch

No your not because you have to have the last word in every argument even if you lost it. Ill just go back to my silly little textbooks and my feeble little top 20 university.

  • Here are the duties of the Fed, taken directly from their website:

•conducting the nation's monetary policy by influencing the monetary and credit conditions in the economy in pursuit of maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates

    ...

  • ... •supervising and regulating banking institutions to ensure the safety and soundness of the nation's banking and financial system and to protect the credit rights of consumers

•maintaining the stability of the financial system and containing systemic risk that may arise in financial markets

•providing financial services to depository institutions, the U.S. government, and foreign official institutions, including playing a major role in operating the nation's payments system

  • yea and they do it with the aforementioned tools. Again they cannot print money. I dont know where your guys get this idea. Pick up a into to macro econ textbook and the feds powers are clearly set out in the chapter regarding monetary policy. The fed "controls" money supply by adjusting reserve requirements ect which lowers the "money multiplier" The actual supply of hard currency is controlled by the US treasury. Get it right...

  • I hate niggers, jews, asians, and hispanics.
