  • That's the weirdest training I have ever seen

  • Why were you using fly sways with paint on them so they would look like casies

  • wear golves for safety reasons please ;)

  • This is great.

  • Great drills, different weighted balls. Great idea, and without gloves to ensure correct technique is instilled.

People going on about gloves here really are daft. Pat Jennings only started wearing gloves cause he was sponsored too. Theres no FA ruling saying you have to wear gloves! But it does help refs when in a crowded pen area a hand goes up! They are not safety apparatus. You can break your finger with our without and even worse with fingersavers in, which creates a break from the hand r

  • This is a great training exersise! where do you get bouncy balls like that?

  • They don't wear gloves to get the proper hand feeling to the ball. Sometimes gloves can hinder a goalkeeper more than help them.

  • Big like

  • Always use gloves!!

  • are those normal soccer balls?

  • i did this without gloves and that didnt hurt but it was harder

  • gloves

  • how many years have this goalkeepers:????,

  • That first exercise was an excellent reaction-exercise. I'll try it!

  • thanks an awful training schedule!

  • gd exercises but cant believe they dont wear gloves just askin for a bronken finger or hand

  • They're using soft balls aren't they?

  • Trust me broken finger happen even with gloves. Without gloves is aiming at learning to cushioning the ball more and relaxing your hands.

  • where exactly in Italy do u train?

  • The best goalkeepers are italians, Dino Zoffi, Gianluigi Buffon, Francesco Toldo, and many others! Keep saving your goal!

  • great drills

  • good exercises, simple but effective

  • i wish i had a thick wall to kick at :(

  • good video, but I prefer the italian before the english.

  • excellent material- simple, effective and creative use of the area and materials available

  • good training vid.. i shall try this ty

  • This is good training

  • c'ero pur'io *çççççççç*

  • Whoa. Thats Actually Really Good Training.!

    5 Star.!

  • This is a pretty good drill, but could you also upload some step by step type videos?

  • Great drill! I love the simplistic nature of the drill thus allowing the player to focus on his grip.

  • keepers who play indoor soccer have to cover their angles very well.

  • Why are they not wearing gloves?????:S

  • so they can practice griping the ball, so wen they put on the gloves its much easier.

  • @markusmoo1 It looks like they don't care about goalkeeping safety. That's why I would think :/

  • @markusmoo1

To learn how to catch the ball whitout gloves.

  • @markusmoo1

coz we goalkeepers dont really need gloves when training.. coz 9times outa 10 the poeple dont smash the ball.. so its just light catching.

  • @markusmoo1 a lot of people prefer to train without gloves for a better more natural feel for the ball. personally i prefer to train with gloves

  • @markusmoo1 they aint wearing gloves cause then you only make you'r hands harder and get more grip on the ball

  • @markusmoo1 to have better grip, imagine if they could catch those bouncy balls without glove, how much better u think it will be when they have their glove on :)

  • Wow this is actually some good stuff...hmm any indoor training vids though?
