Man, you'd hear this every single turn when fighting Adder! Hachi told me that the more he uses his CO and SCO Powers, the slower they'd charge, but I faced his CO power nearly every turn in 1 battle for 18 turns.

@Dragonoid903 Not every mission, but the majority of them. Some A rankings won't hurt your total score that much, since your campaign ranking is an average value from all of your mission rankings. Just try to play as good as you can. ;)

It does 8 damage. But it will never take a unit past 1. Only units can destroy other units, no CO power, cannon, or missile can.

Meteor Strike does 8 damage to one unit in a maximum of 13 units in an area, so:

13 units x 8 damage each = 104 damage total.

Other Super CO Powers that do damage take only 2 or 3 hp away to:

all enemy units(Black Storm)

13 units in an area

I dreaded this song because it usually meant pain was coming. Especially with Lash, her power was one of the worst, second to only Sturm's. But also, about half the time, my own Super CO Power would be charged by the enemy's attack, so it was sometimes a good thing.

I did like the overall song though.

Von Bolt is the new leader of Black Hole (because Sturm died at the end of AW2).

Like Sturm, he has no CO Power, just a Super CO Power. His Super CO Power is Ex Machina, which damages units over a fairly large area, and freezes them for a day as well. He is, of course, ridiculously broken.

if you compare Sturm and Von Bolt, Sturm is more powerful:

Sturm:All units use only one movement cost on all terrain and weather except snow.Units have better offense and defense.

SCOP: does 8 damage each to units in an area, boosts offensive and defensive stats for his units.

Von Bolt: units have better offense.

SCOP: Ex Machina, does 3 damage each to units in an area and freezes them for a day, boosts firepower and defense of his units.

note both SCOPs attack 13 units.

He is just like Sturm, except his movement cost is regular for all terrain and his defense isn't boosted.His super co power is called Ex Machina.It deals 3 damage to enemy units in area.Units hit by this can't move on their turn.

Von Bolt the useless leader of the Black Hole Army, Hawke must have been the leader since he was assigned second-in-command by Sturm, If Sturm was reprogrammed and appeared in all sorts of Advance Wars games.... hawkes co powers areent the greatest but its just his units get stronger and its only two hp so it doesn't really matter if a unit has three hp.

don't forget that Hawke's co powers don't only take away one( CO power) or two(Super CO power) hp, it also heals his own units by one or two hp, and makes his units stronger.
