  • looks like you're using your arms

  • lol if this guy is a personal trainer whoever hires him deserves to kill themselves

  • Thanks, dude. How many calories does it burn let's say per training hour?

  • how many of these do u need to do??

  • @MrTlkTok,

Most often at our facility we use them for conditioning/interval training - no impact, relatively fast to learn, and you don't need to be all that functionally efficient to do this without pain like with running.

  • @MrTlkTok,

My video: Simple home kettlebell fat-loss workout DC Personal Trainer has a good plan for how to use this

  • i think men not need this exersice whos have a good gf :)

  • i have a pair of hex bolt dumbbells would putting all the plates on 1 side be more effective almost feels like swinging a 20lb hand sledge

  • Wow this trainer is HOT!

  • @jessbonilla pervert

  • Oh, and let me correct myself in the video. I said that there was virtually not difference between and DB and a KB. Not true. There are a lot of important differences after all.

  • If you go heavy with dumbbell swings are they helpful with hypertrophy? I've just started doing them and appreciate the strengthening bit and the endurance. Would they be a good deadlift assist exercise? Thanks for the clip.

  • They would not be my go-to hypetrophy exercise for the posterior chain. I like them as an into power exercise and as a conditioning tool.

As for Deadlift assistance, if you mean to assist in bringing up whatever is weak in your deadlift, this probably shouldn't be very high on your priority list.
