  • @futureistic1000 I think Gatoride is okay if you've just finished an intense workout and need to replenish. But if you're just sitting around and you're drinking its a waste of calories. Just my opinion though. :)

  • I can't have coffee? I drink a small cup of coffee, with a little almond milk, and a packet of sweet and low, with a dash if cinnamon> is that bad?? any suggestions

  • @MaGiKaLMin you can have coffee (i'm drinking some right now!) I just wanted to show that EVERYTHING (except water) has calories in it. Coffee itself has about 2 calories which is great but all the extra goodies that you add inside count. As long as your are in your calorie range is all that matters. =) thanks for the question!

  • @MaGiKaLMin Actually I switched from sweet and low to Stevia.

  • @MaGiKaLMin Sweet an low will turn you into a lard by triggering the starvation response.

  • @MaGiKaLMin no drink strait icy cold water no sodas no coffee no other liquids

    and jog maybe 8 miles a day and lift weights you will drop weight fast

    oh yeah eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken breast, whole wheat bread

    trust me you'll shape up
