one way to get rid of the traffic ticket problem is get an initiative on a ballot that lets people have jury trials in traffic tickets without the threat of a misdemeaner in a loss.

The california lottery is a joke though. I think only 34% actually goes to the schools and the rest goes towards some stupid prizes program to the public, probably to illegal aliens.
The lottery should have more possible winners, which would make payouts less but the amount of right numbers could be lessened. the public schools should flat out get at least 50-60% of the money.

Libertarianism is not cherry-picking all the best stuff out of all the political parties, it has its own beliefs and tenets just like other political movements, otherwise it wouldn't exist. @redlightmax Balaker didn't say that it was. Balaker suggested he may be a libertarian, and it was Adam that said he cherry-picks the best ideas out of every political philosophy. He didn't accept that he's a libertarian either.

Let's see what's better, one guy being able to afford his 7th yacht, or schools being able to afford decent textbooks or the elderly receiving proper heating in the winter to stay alive. Old people being able to afford heating? are you fucking kidding me? The school district I live in is in the top 100 in the country, and we get less funding than the schools that don't even rank in. How the fuck is that fair? The problem with this country is that legislators believe that schools that do poor just need more funding. BS
