I find the CONSTANT backing vocals pretty annoying. I want to hear the girls! But did they ever sing on their own, live, without overdubs or backing vocals? Can't find it on Youtube anyway... Did they ever do it?

@mantra3000 Hi. They never performed it without backing vocalists. If you search for Summernight City live Paris 1979, that will be 100% genuine live, no overdubs!! Unlike all of Abbas commercially available live tracks.

At the close of D.Q. you can see the shock wave of adoration on Agnetha's face from the audience. I think it is a great moment in entertainment history. Her expression of glee! Bjorn's opening is masterful, Anni-Frid is pure sizzle, Benny ripping up the keyboard. Brilliant stuff!

I envy the folks in the audience - a great event in pop music - Wembley & ABBA .

The backing vocals and instruments were magnificent. Finest set i've ever seen. Thanx 7ABBA7! ABBA rules!

Rutger Gunarsson Is one of the best base players of all times WOW.......And the melodies made by Björn and Benny are just amazing..... this music is timeless

This song has an excellent melody, but I think it doesn't suit good for a disco song. the heavy metal version by Therion is much better....well I don't know, but I think the song surely pledges for someting more aggressive and faster.

It's amazing that Frida and Agnetha's vioces can go so high and so low, I've tried to sing Dancing Queen, and my voice just can't do it! They're just ABBAmazing !
