  • I've seen that screen.

  • voltron if you new some basics to a computer you'd be on Linux bro. Bottom line! Funny ass video!

  • well this is epic

  • This is the reason why I do not like Windows

  • The rage part on the emotion chip is working very well...

...Or that the blue screen of death is THAT irritating.

  • I've been using windows XP for the past ten years and it's only BSOD'd once, and that was from the computer overheating due to it being on WAY too long. And being too dusty. Always remember to clean your computer.

Fucking proletarians, how do they work?

  • Switch to Linux? If Linux was mainstream instead of Windows, instead of "BSOD", we'd be dealing with "Kernel Panic" and we'd still be complaining that it happens all the time. That and that every time five bytes are changed in a program we'd have to download the entire damn thing all over again.

  • Lol ... Data knows what it is to feel human after all.

  • You didn't even speed up that shitty .gif...

  • Hahaha, gotta love it!! XDDD

  • lmfao i was giggling for hours after watching this

  • I like how people like to blame their computer for all the problems they have. If they knew some basics on how to maintain a computer then they would have very few problems. Keeping all your software updated with the latest patches helps and running the maintenance programs periodically helps keep everything running smooth.

  • @voltron821 :

Nope. Windos is just a bad OS, compared to others.

  • @voltron821 People shouldn't have to deal with that in the 21st century, that's why I bought a mac :P

  • @Coheed656 You mean that overpriced piece of plastic?

  • @ReilsHR Lol.

  • @voltron821 your so right

its still fun i use windows and linux and for no reason my linux laptop just crashed and my windows only had 1 bluescreen ever because my power was to low so my graphicscard gave me a hardware problem so never 1 problem with the software both windows and linux are perfect only you need to learn how they work

its not the soft or hardware that makes mistakes only the people that use them or program them

    Greetings

  • @voltron821 Sure, but the failure of IT companies is expecting users to know that.

  • Defragging starship...0.000000000000000003%

  • Wow, coincidentally, this was the last episode I watched before I cam on just now looking for funny moments with Data... Awesome!

  • mac never fails

  • That's why they sucked so badly against the borg, because borg were using linux and untill 7 of 9 was brought back along with janeway, starfleet was propably drowning with BSOD!!!

  • Every PC/Windows user can relate to this. Good thing Microsoft doesn't build airplanes.

  • LOL!!!!

  • I think that is Lore, Data's evil twin.

  • @Steve10578 Lore has installed Windows on the Enterprise's computers? What an evil scheme! oO

  • How the fuck? Damn good. With Data's reflection over the console...

  • That is truly epic! ROFL!

  • lol windos 100000000

  • Versus a Mac processing system, which works but willingly limits actions he can take, and how!?

Mac is a huge pain in the ass. Data would be hitting that computer all day if it were Mac.

  • @vjm3 that goes without saying.

  • What if Data himself were running Xp?

  • HAHAHA can't stop laughing!! Fuck Microsoft!!!

  • Didn't HP make the custom PPCs which were used as tricorders in "First Contact"?

  • The holodecks still use the Windows OS, that's why they had so many episodes when the damned things went horribly wrong. Although they never bluescreened, which is odd.

  • @randomface54 Just what WOULD a Holodeck BSoD look like? Would it be like a blue foggy mist or something pervading the 'deck?

  • LINUX VIRUS ATTACK!!! Data win^...

  • oh that is such a satisfying video.

  • The Enterprise should of used Linux.

  • @sargon6000 What? Linux users make horrible grammar errors, like saying "should of" - they'd never be able to run a starship.

  • @sargon6000 What? Linux users make horrible grammar errors, like saying "should of" - they'd never be able to run a starship.

  • Either you're a very good Data look alike, or that is awesome special effects.

  • Khan uses a mac.

  • very funny!!!

  • Bill Gates made 15 YouTube accounts and disliked this video

  • You should have added in the clip from "Generations" where Data says, "Oh, sh-t."

    Otherwise I loved it!

  • @mindofmatt I got that, Its the "Star Trek Generations"

  • lol genius !

id like to see on with the javascript pop-ups that keeps opening up like wack-a-mole. it be funny to watch data go against it !

  • Windows 2362 needs service pack.

  • that must be why they arn't shipping windows 98!!!

  • what is the Indian name for a windows user?

"man who is sitting in front of a sandglass"

  • IF THEY SET THAT ANDROID FREE IT WILL BE THE END OF ALL OF US!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

  • Are they still using Windows ME? They gotta upgrade that to Windows 7...

  • My windows 7 does this every few days, so very believable this shit will still be happing in the future.

  • @Uberdude25 considering the enterprise's operating system is no where near as primitive as Microsoft I think it wouldn't.

  • @Murious1 but then a pocket calculator can make microsoft look primitive

  • @Uberdude25 I don't know what the hell you're doing with your Windows 7, but I don't remember the last time my windows 7 had a BSOD.

  • @Uberdude25 If you are working in MAC it does not happen

  • @lsbendecidoef13 Search "Macs Never Crash" in Google Images! : )

  • @lsbendecidoef13

Its true, however individual apps can crash but it doesnt crash the whole computer, the application just closes but the computer keeps going

  • @Uberdude25 Honestly i don't know why so many people complain about blue screens, ive had my win7(and the computer itself is 5 years old) here for over a year now and i literally haven't seen a single blue screen. Honestly, if you you have so many blue screens you simply have screwed up your computer.

  • @ugaboj That's because they switched blue screens for instant reboots. ;o)

  • @VulpesFidelis I have had only 2 reboots like that.

  • @Uberdude25 Not if ther computers are mac

  • @plutopianation If they used Macs they'd find that only 10% of the holodeck programs would run ;)

  • @Uberdude25 PEBKAC

  • @Uberdude25 er, you should get that checked....

  • @Uberdude25 Bad hardware. I have not had one blue screen yet with Windows 7 and I have been running it for a year,

  • @TechnologyGod An alternative explanation is drivers or a software conflict. Software conflicts are becoming rare though.

  • @Uberdude25 Running Win7 for over 2 years with not a single blue screen. You probably have bad RAM, Graphics card or motherboard. The blue screens give you an error code for a reason. Search the error code and that will likely point you in the right direction.

  • @Uberdude25 i hate my windows 7 it crashes all the freakin' time! this is the 4th time it's been fixed! D:<

  • @freshtilldeathrocks Install NEW... All the Drivers for Mainboard and other Hardware are installed? I have Win7 too and it works without any Problems

  • @apocberlin1984 well your lucky :P

  • Vista here we come

  • welcome to my life Data. lmao this is great. xD

  • F$(king Windows 98!

  • I was laughing VERY hard at this one.

  • How in the world did you do this? You even got Data's reflection in the screen complete with facial expressions..... WAIT A MINUTE.... windows is so frustrating that it even brings out emotion in Data!

  • No one ever gets along with their family, especially when they're miles more advanced. XD

  • lol...

  • I bought a computer that did this, the person ib ought it from has a striking resemblance to DATA

  • @CptPicard832 Get his number :P

  • hahahahahahhahahaha!!!!!

  • Oh fuck lol.

  • Love it

  • VERIFY THAT YOU ARE HUMAN, N00B! >:3

  • Data vs his familie

  • lol

  • every time i see this i think that, instead of the blue screen of death, it should be one of those pages that says "verify that you are human" haha XD

  • @TheSecretdahlia fucking androidist. awesome tho.

  • @TheSecretdahlia Nice one, sir!

  • @TheSecretdahlia : Data in Star Trek Generations : awww shit!!

  • @TheSecretdahlia Haha, that would be good!

  • @TheSecretdahlia Ooooooh yes!!!!! XDDD

  • @TheSecretdahlia: Interesting, but would be very discriminatory against the Vulcans, Betazoids, Bajorans, Bolians and all other races in the Federation. I don't think Starfleet would allow that security update to be installed in their ships!

  • what episode is this from?

  • @dazlovescarter

    Power Play

  • last time my computer did that I moved back to DOS

  • the last time my computer did that I installed Linux :D

  • Windows 7 has made the blue screen a thing of the past. I have not once seen a blue screen with it on any machine. And it is at least more resistant to viruses than XP was.

  • @jkeelsnc ... That sounds like a challenge.

  • last time my computer did that, it was when I plugged in a mic. XP is like a Cherokee or an F150, Vista is like a Plymouth Sundance with bad fuses.

  • Best fucking thing I've ever seen! That is exactly how I felt from windows 95 - Winjunk7. But since it was microsoft's idea oh well what can I say. We users are idiots for trusting this shit of a company time and time again!

  • This is from episode power play but they dubbed in the blue screen.

  • Yeah. I stopped getting this after DLing updates for WinXP. Windows 7 hasn't crashed on me once.

  • LOL nice added sound effects!!

  • FUCKING WINDOWS 98!!!!!!

  • @MrIrishfox 98 wasn't bad at all.. ME blows.. at lest 98 was better then that.

  • YEAH! SHOW THE COMPUTER'S WHO'S BOSS!

  • Cool!

  • What the fuck?! LOL!!

  • lol from episode Power Play :3

  • I have a Mac now because of this =) Mac OSX isn't totally bug free and super perfect like the Mac junkies would like you to believe, but it works way more stable then Windows. Petty I can't play all the cool games on it without switching it to Windows. Insert Xbox solves that problem

  • @Roadball Windows 7 is better now than Mac. Sorry to burst ur bubble.

  • @giancarlo1985

I lol'd very hard at your joke! Kuddo's!

    Wait, what? You're serious?

I totally lmao'd at your serious comment!

  • @Roadball Actually I'm dead serious. Besides that my PC is more easily upgradeable, and I also have Linux. So I win.

  • @giancarlo1985

This is a discussion no one is going to win. I don't even want to go further into the matter. Each his own. Peace

  • @waitingforacentury: You're right, you're right. Each their own. Besides that the Starfleet were probably running Windows XP or 98... hahah... I like this anyways hahah

  • @giancarlo1985 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • SWEET Now kill it Data!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • genius!

  • Hilarious, so funny!!

  • Very Funny!!!

  • LMAO!!!!

  • I absolutely HATE that damn blue screen. -_________-

  • @ASPfilms Well I'll tell you something, we are getting closer and closer to having actual "padds" that we see on Star Trek. The iPad is like 2 steps away from being exactly what is portrayed on TNG.

  • starfleet doesn't use windows or linux lol...LCARS

  • lol poor data got the blue screen of death

  • @Drsatan9 Poor Data? I say poor UFP! Don't you see, if Data can't handle it, they're screwed.

  • @MasterMacLeod

Once they reach earth only the anti Trust comity can stop them

  • @rollokb2 The anti trust commitee will adapt to service... them. Their resistance will be futile.

  • I wonder who won in the future, microsoft or apple...

  • @ mlm21591

Neither. Because people eventually decided not to give a fuck.

  • If the Federation used Windows and even Data had problems with it, they'd be doomed.

  • at least Data doesnt run on the 1st version of vista

  • @kenleefive They would have been destroyed since Encounter at Farpoint!

  • If only they would have upgraded from XP to Vista! That would have fixed everything! --B. Gates

  • apart from the vista bugs... they'd just have to skip vista and upgrade to windows 7

  • Borg Gates?

  • @MasterMacLeod

    We are the Bing

  • @rollokb2 Google is futile.

  • It will make everything worse.

  • Audio dub

  • Well, at least they didn't use MAC.

God the clusterfuck on that software protocol...

  • lol so true XD

Mac does nto have a warning, just that idiotic little spinning beachball >.>

but then again im wondering which episode this is lol.

  • lmao oh how I hate windows

  • hahaha

  • Epic failure XD

  • LOL poor data

  • KHAAAAAAAAAN!

  • Well this is not Data i think ... this must be from the Episode where Lore (Datas brother) is reaktivated and is tring to contact this big Kristall which killed all colonists on this planet where Federation found Data.

This must be the scene where the Enterprise crew stops Lore by powering off the console in a freightroom he is using.

For this youtubevideo someone inserted a bluescreen .. well done :) nice:).

  • Actually I think it's from Season 5 Ep 15 'Power Play'.

  • @Astravall

Close. It's the episode where those "spirits" take control of Data, Troi, and Obrien posing as long dead star ship captains, but then they end up to be prisoners that were separated from their bodies or something.

  • and it is data.

  • no, it is data, but he's been possessed!

  • Data in the past with windows 98? XD

  • LOL that's great

  • Took me a minute to figure out which episode this was, but it's the one where Dr. Soong summoned Data to him for the whole emotion chip thing, I think it is anyway.

  • No, I don't think it's that one. During the time that Data is being summoned and his unit activates him to get to the planet, he does everything on the Enterprise to do so flawlessly. I know because I just saw that episode :)

  • @wantsvictory

    Read my other comment :)

  • Core breach imminent, please update your operating system. You have 30 seconds to insert the original Windows 98 disc.

  • so what is it, DOS has to boot WIN95 so that it will boot LCARS? fuck!

  • *facepalms*

  • "Fucking Windows 98! Get Bill Gates in here!" XD

btw, for any 'star trek tng' nerds this episode is called "Power Play"

  • last time my computer did that i threw it out the window.

  • I bayoneted mine with a WW2 Russian Rifle, but the principle is the same.

  • @Doug19752533 the window the window the second story window high low low high i threw it out the window

  • @Doug19752533 cause ur too n00b to fix it dumbass

  • I did the same thing...

  • That was Funny!

  • haha hilarious!

  • but data just bashsed the fck outa the screen!!

  • I guess this was after he got his emotion chip installed. LOL. X_x

  • They dont even have keys.... how can they "press any key"? lmao

  • touch screen :D

  • too freaking funny!

  • HAHAHA Lmao

  • "Warning self destruct in thirty seconds."

    Computer, deactivate self destruct!

"You are attempting to deactivate self destruct. Cancel or allow?"

    Allow!

    "Please enter an administrator password."

    - Boom -
