  • Nobody ever speaks about frequency and repetition when uploading these damn things. How many reps, how many sets, how many times in a day or a week or in a millennium ffs!

  • @DakotaJanes The reason for that is that it is difficult to advise as it depends on the individual. A good guide is to do a set of as many it takes until you feel the muscle starting to ache. Then rest for 1 minute and do a 2nd set until you can't do any more in good form. With these kind of rehab exercises it is all about quality of movement and high repetition.
