@ScaryCornflakes honestly it couldn't and that's because of the aerodynamics, grip etc. The veyron's body is specially build to reach that speed. If you fit the veyron's engine on another car it won't reach bugatti's top speed.

It can beat Bugatti in a drag race but the cars can't be compared at levels like engineering, luxury etc. Also you don't have to check the bugatti's engine every time you run the car.
