Great review. I have one myself. i just wanted to say that the pilot arvel crynyd "green leader" didnt have a visor on his helmet. so actually they did good not adding one to the helmet.

I had the droids version, it had clear plastic inserts in the engines and had electronics some crappy noise if i remember, the new version has better colours and a new cockpit sculpt

I would like to find it and compare the two side by side. I think they are the same but with some minor upgrades.

Aren't there X-Wing versions of those and Y-Wing versions of those things. Those things are cool. And dont they have TIE Fighter and TIE Interceptor versions of those things too? Do you have those 12'' long starfighters other than the A-Wing?

Somehow I love that you mention the playable item in your judgement. Ofcourse it is all about the looks - but even I 31 when I dust the models get lost sometimes.

Although I am an Emperial , Republic collector it is hard very hard to not take these 'new' A-Wing, B-wing and Y-wing into the collection as outcomes from there 'ancestors'. Y-wing is Y-wing. V-wing layout could be developed to Rebel A-wing as the V19 in its role inspired to the B-wing.

The mold is the same, but this one has a new paint job, all markings are painted on(no stickers), a detailed cockpit, I much better pilot figure, and no clear plastic on the engine nacelles.
