The smalls!!! I grew up in fort mc murray BEFORE the boom and the smalls loved playin in the mac at the time,they played there lots, those who remember RODFEST remember an awesome small town where the Disciple of Power, The Malignant Growth, Unsound , Section 8, Cremation, The Hoods, even fuckin Gorguts played there back then ... no shit.!! Perhaps my favourite band ever. Hard to say but man were they great. Much missed and a return is always hoped for. Too many people simply don't know how great a band they were. A merry moshing good time. Very nice quality video and sounds very good. Wonderful stuff to see again, like a boost of happy to the brain.

This club was Diegos at the Red Lion Inn, and it did indeed turn to charcoal. What a band. What a show. Never saw a bad Smalls show, though...

They played Rod's Fest in Anzac AB way back, was Phukin Awesome!

these guys played in Kamloops BC and a riot kicked off. Cops bashing kids and pepperspraying girls. It was a night that put 2 cops in the ER and the lot of them on the unemployment line. IT RULED!!!!! RCMP busted in the place and blocked all the doors meanwhile yelling "get out!" whilst they sardined a half thousand kids and started pepperspraying when they 'believed' they were getting rushed... that is what happens when you block them in and suffocate them! If you was there you know.

I was at this show. Really would love to get a copy of whatever you've got live-wise from the Smalls. Saw them lots in Calgary, Edmonton, Banff, Nanaimo, and Victoria. I think Mike did a version of "Natural Woman" this night that was AMAZING.

I miss these guys like crazy. Words can't describe how great they were to see live.

I know I speak for an awful lot of people when I say that I would love to see either A) a comeback tour, or B) at least one more show. Please. Really. Please.

the Smalls are my favorite band. I play the Bass, like good ol' Corby there, and would like to send out my love sporin to all the Smalls fans. I was a well travelled dude in my early 20's and had met a member at the YWCA in Banff. He asked if he could play my guitar as I lounged out back with these two very hot-awesome young ladies from England I believe it was. Jim.

I have the whole final smalls show on Dvd. It was shot from the sound booth at Reds in Edmonton, Ab. Sounds off the board. Very last show they ever played. Opening acts and all.
