you can use the nyx single eyeshadow in atlantic however, make sure that you use a black base under it because atlantic is more like MAC's freshwater, but if used above a black base, it should give you that deep truth shade.. :)

i like my scuplt & shape, i love how the darker shade contours my cheeks and gives it more definition and i like how the lighter shade serves as a sheer highlighter for my under eye... :)

well, you can use MAC blush in harmony to contour and MAC blush in goldmine to highlight. if you wanna go for a less expensive brand, you can try NYX mosaic powder in truth for contouring and NYX mosaic powder in highlighter for highlighting. :) hope this helps! :)

Hello again!! LOL sorry I'm so kulit...:) I just wanted to ask what shade you are in MAC..Your skin always looks so smooth! I've been trying to look for the perfect MAC foundation, but they keep matching me with darker ones. I just got a sample of MAC satinfinish in NC 42 and it's too dark...:( My skintone looks a lot like yours so I need your advice, Ate! :)

no you're not kulit at all...i enjoy getting comments from you! :) i use the studio fix fluid in nc30. what kind of finish and coverage are you trying to look for? kasi ang studio fix, it gives you full coverage and a matte finish. get the 3 shades closest to your skintone and swatch it on your skin next to each other, and whichever disappears onto your skin is your perfect shade... :) i hope that helps my dear... :)

I'm looking for full coverage but not with the powdery look...matte but not powdery...if that makes any sense. Kasi minsan when I use my foundation and set it with powder, it goes from matte to parang matanda na maraming powder sa face. LOL. Not pretty. :)

i suggest you get the satinfinish in NC30 coz that's what i have and it's gonna work for you if we have the same skintone.the satinfinish is totally buildable in my opinion so you can still get the coverage you like.then get the skinfinish compact in medium plus to set the foundation.the effect of these 2 products combined together is a very nice natural looking skin na parang walang make up pero meron and it does give you a matte finish pero glowing ka naman. :) i'm liking the combo so far! :)

i'd use a black base when i want to achieve a darker shade of eyeshadow... :) say your bright blue shadow is applied on top of a black base, it will darken that bright blue and make it kinda navy blue, hence a night time color, hence a night time look... :) i use it mostly if i want to create a smokey eyed look :)

that's what i do though, so i hope the same thing works for you...

you can try to swatch the colors on your skin, one on top of bare skin, one on top of a neutral base, then one on top of a black base, and you'll see the difference. :)
