EVP Voice of the Dead: Funeral Ghost

Sound like a statement, or trying to make a point....."but, I'm not dead..." or " I'm not dead", maybe even "How am I dead?!". Voice sounds female. Was the newly deceased female? Actually sounds like they were right at the recorder trying to get someone's attention, so I'm sure the person who's body was in the casket forgives you. great catch & pretty decent quality. (although quality is NEVER in our control, is it?)

I listed to this many, many times. It's the 1st word or two that I'm not 100% sure about, but what I'm hearing is; "Now am I dead?" Or, "How am I dead?"

The voice sounds like that of a young or middle aged women. Does that match the deceased?

I would imagine if your dead, you may not know it, being killed so quickly, like in ghost movie. near death experiences say they were watching from above, hearing everything that was being said and done. so why not after death, attending your own funeral and seeing your body laid out it must be hard to except and terribly confusing. I always was taught that there would be someone familiar to take you by the hand but that was what a child was told. would be nice. it sounds like we are on our own

Whatever...it distinctly sounds like a live person to me, either a grown woman or maybe a teen boy saying, "No, it's right there," and then someone else telling the speaker "shhh!" Then it sounds like equipment being jostled. I hear no spirits here.

you know ive been to few funerals and ive always have wanted to get my camera and multi shot everything and take pictures of the the coffins but it just seems so wrong yet there is so much we miss out on because of our morals!?!

I don't see anything wrong with recording EVP's quietly and secretively at funerals. There's no law against it, and as long as no one knows about it, and you don't upset the family, then why not? Maybe later on, if the family is open minded about things like that, you can play it for them. Great capture!
