wow. that's pretty funny. i had the idea that the civic si was a pretty good deal until i realized i could get the mazda speed3 for an extra 14 bucks a month. now i'm tinking v6 mustang looks even better when it has 100hp more. the same gas mileage and starts at around 21k. like how no one mentioned that though. just kept it strictly imports here.

@richie2nice If you've seen the new Accord Coupe Concept; if it looks something like that (redesigning those horrid foglights of course), then I guess you can say its a Prelude for the modern era. NSX + Concept AWD = WTF?. It was meant to be a MR setup. RSX; I hope they can bring it back... I miss my Integras :(. S2000's; I agree.

Honda needs to get Hyundai/Kia to design their cars..... Honda has really lost their way being ultra conservative... where are the stupid .... Honda dream commercials about not being afraid to fail... The styling of this car shows that are so afraid ...they will keep the same car design for 10 years.... I used to be a Honda person... I have to find another company they have failed me horribly

Honda wants to sell a 1990's car in 2012. No great "engineering" as some fans imagine. But a smart way to keep reliability high=> "If it doesn't have anything, it won't brake anything".

ive been a honda civic fan since the esi. i can say that to all you critics out there. the 2012 si model isnt what you call perfect in design and interior. but it makes up for under the hood baby. civics all about the engineering. thats what makes a civic...a civic.

BTW about the Genesis Coupe. No point in getting the car now. Wait till the 2013 model. The base 2.0T is going up to 275HP and the 3.8 up to 350. Supposedly with the same prices. Plus there's also the FR-S/BRZ coming out too. Lots of competition for the Si

Quite obviously I love Honda xD but I think Honda failed with this one. The 2.4 is possibly a good thing but it's heavier and revs less which is a down for me, I'd rather have them improve on the 2.0 by making it the same as the jdm civic type r that has 225hp xD. Also the rear end of the car looks like shit. The sedan looks way better.
