  • Wow, this is nice...I love cinnamon and now, I suddenly had the urge to make some again and I'll definitely try this. And again, I'm checking out GourmetRecipe website for more cinnamon, pastry and sweets recipes. lol =D

  • I bought cream cheese frosted cinnamon rolls from the Walmart Bakery, and I've tried to make them at home so many times, but the 4-pack ones in Walmart are just divine. Damn :/

  • Whats the blog site please?]

  • Thank you for sharing your techniques and recipe. It was much easier than I thought. I've been making our own bread for years and it really wasn't much more difficult than that and a lot more fun! :) Thanks for showing me how easy it could be! I always appreciate it when people share their recipes.

  • I thought this was a great video! Really helpful if you're looking at a recipe but don't know how to execute the steps. Thanks, Angie.

  • i didnt really like it cause u didnt really tell us the amount of how much u should put in the ingridiants sorry im bad at spelling

  • Please follow the directions on the blog. I am so sorry for the confusion. There are many ways that you can prepare the yeast/liquid mixture. As you can see, I am a rookie in making video. Feel free to email me any questions. Just click on "email me" on my blog. Again, I am sorry for the confusion.

  • This is so confusing. Your recipe on your blog says one thing and your video says another. I cant get the dough to raise & the milk and butter were not hot. Your recipe does not say to wait 10 minutes and your video you add a little bit of flour and leave the dough is risen when your recipe calls for 4-5 cups of flour and no mention of waiting. So which is it?

  • If you go to my site and click on the "breads and muffins" category, scroll down to the 7th post. I'm sorry, I'd just post the link but I'm not able to!

  • I neee to know the exact measurments

  • wait how much do u put of all the diffrent things

  • I want to make those for my friends tomorrow morning. But do you have to put them in the fridge and wait a day or can u just skip?

  • Thank you for you for your comment and I too have been baking these for years:-) Two things. I prefer a lighter more airy cinnamon roll. When you use lots of butter and dark brown sugar, you get a more "sticky bun" result. And two, whenever I bake, I try to trim the fat/calories where where it won't be missed. I prefer the butter on the top, with the cream cheese frosting. Keep on baking and thank you again!

  • You're skimping on the butter! Instead of using a pastry brush, which would be good for topping hot breadsticks with butter instead, I like to wash my hands really thoroughly, soften up a good stick of real butter, and just slather all of it on with my fingers. Afterwards I top with DARK brown sugar and lots of cinnamon. I'm only seventeen, but I've been baking for years and cinnamon rolls are my trademark. Give it a shot!

  • you're not at home ???

    Enjoy! Angie

  • Great Video!!! After making cinnamon rolls all these years, I learned something valuable. You can make them to a certain point and put them in the fridge to make in the morning. Genius!!! I have never thought to do this but I am going to try it tomorrow morning. Lots of great tips! I will be looking for more videos from this talented young lady.
