He didn't show up to the rehearsals so they decided to get a MJ look alike which I personally think doesn't look like him at all lol. But yeah. I forgot why he didn't show up. Either he was busy or he didn't want to come.

For clarification, Thriller was released in late 1982 as a solo album by Michael Jackson. Victory was released in 1984 by the Jacksons: Michael, Marlon, Jackie, Tito and Randy. The Victory tour was also in 1984 and included all 6 Jackson brothers. It was Michael's last tour with his brothers.

This is not an unreleased video. This video WAS released in the 80's when the song was out. It is a song off of the album released by the same name "Torture." It was the last official release of The Jacksons as a group with the exception of 2300 Jackson Street, which also included Jermaine. That is why Michael did not exactly appear in the video because they were officially no longer a group.

Michael didn't show up because it was later revealed that he was in Florida at Walt Disney World on vacation. Jermaine isn't in the video either. I no exactly what your talking about it was a double but only for the parts where you see him walking thats why all of those shots are from behind other than that its 100% Jackie, Jermaine is not present neither is Michael only through a Wax Statue

Facts: Jackie, Jermaine, or MJ were not in the video. Jackie B.C he had a Leg injury so the Producers Nephew u luckly looked lik Jackie did it. MJ n Jermaine never showed due to a agurment they had.-___- but either way this video was HOT!! TO find out more go to {{ VH1 Classic POP UP the Jacksons}}

@talentaziam he wasnt it was a look alike according to rep, that h e couldn't have done it cause he broke his leg b.c his Wife hit him with the car. So he couldn't do the video, idk but thats what was read n stated on t.v but the wrl may never noe

This is not an unreleased video. This video WAS released in the 80's when the song was out. It is a song off of the album released by the same name "Torture." It was the last official release of The Jacksons as a group with the exception of 2300 Jackson Street, which also included Jermaine. That is why Michael did not exactly appear in the video because they were officially no longer a group.

Alright, Michael was on vacation, on tour and had a fight with his brothers; those are the three reasons I've heard as to why he wasn't in the video. I knew Jermaine was pissed about something, but I don't know what.
Does anyone actually KNOW why Michael and Jermaine were not in this video? I remember when this came out in the 80s and I thought it was odd they were not not there. I'm still ticked off about there not being a video for 'Tell Me I'm Not Dreaming'. That was my song!!!

Michael Jackson was on tour while this video was being shot. There was a mannequin in the video that was borrow from a museum from Europe to but positioned in the place of Michael.

@supabonafide Actually that isn't entirely true. This video was shot prior to the start of the Victory Tour. Michael didn't show up because it was later revealed that he was in Florida at Walt Disney World on vacation. Jermaine isn't in the video either. He was a no show because he was mad at CBS Records because they wouldn't allow "Tell Me I'm Not Dreaming" his duet with Michael to be released as a single. Very ironic that the two people that sang lead on this song aren't in the video!

Ok...? This sounds familiar, they played this in the 80's. I heard Michael's voice but I am trying to watch really closely but where is he? I have nothing against his brothers, but the photos of this period always make me laugh. I wonder, what did Michael think looking at Randy?)) He was just "MJ 2nd addition", that's all that comes to my mind.:) Watch the video "Heal the World" and enjoy the game "Find ten differences". It won't be easy to say who's who from far.
