Yes but these hackers were not trying to show censored information. This was an attack on a country. These hackers were trying to disrupt a country. This was cyber terrorism. These people were terrorists. In case of Estonia the Russians could already learn that Estoni is independent and free. If Russians do not like living there they can move to Russia, which is corrupt and controlled by the mafia. No wonder they chose to stay in Estonia, life is better there in a democracy.
