No. Tornadoes in my area are actually fairly rare, especially in late September. Severe weather season is typically from about mid June to early September - the bulk of the severe storm warnings and stuff, the kind that spawn tornadoes, is in this realm.

I don't have any filters on my camera.  Rather, it's a software glitch. The problem isn't present in the stills, but it is in the videos, even under pretty much the same conditions. If it helps, I have the GE A730.

My area is dull - there's very little landscape variation, hardly any trees, and has nothing scenic.
