Are there any news corporations in EVE that are run by players? Exempli gratia, some ships that are friendly to all, and travel into war zones for interviews and footage, as well as having their own channel for reporters to broadcast. If EVE made it possible to selectively share one's camera feed to the rest of a channel, news corporations would be able to do a lot in that way. Other corporations could pay them to advertise, etc.

@Cyndrakkos EveNews 24 tries to be an independant news source. Realistically, there is no way for a neutral 3rd party to 'see' the fights. They will either get killed immediately (neutral = hostile in 0.0) or won't know the tactics of where the fights are going to end up occurring. (Even in 1 system, there is a lot of movement & positioning until an engagement).

@spike51234 I'd reccomend getting the two week free trial and giving it a go- the gameplay itself is an aquired taste. If you decide you like the overall game, look for a corportation to join that's newbie friendly- for me, playing without a good corp wasn't worth it.

Eve is what you make of it, if you put time and effort into it you will be greatly rewarded.
