We beat your sorry ass's while we were on top in '02, so that's 1. Beat Kansas State in a BCS game in '03, beat NC State (at NC state) in '04 out of your supposed great conference then went onto destroy OK. State in a bowl game. Should have beat Texas in '05 if our TE could have caught a pass in the endzone (actually had 2 chances at it). That same texas team went on to beat USC in one of the best national championship games ever. (We went onto beat Notre Dame in a BCS game that year)

Currently the NCAA uses the BCS to decide a champ. The teams with the most BCS Titles are Florida and LSU with two. The BCS has been around for 11 years, so if that is what you would consider "modern era" then your answer for most championships is those schools. Other than that the only thing you can do is look at All-Time National Championships. Before the BCS there were a ton of national polls and rankings, so there was no clear national champion every single year before 1998

im not kidding and i have watched that play several times, TRUE OR FALSE, did chris gamble drop the pass or not? the contact glenn had with him had no bearing on the dropped pass both teams were playing bump n run the entire game. again Ohio state got a gift period . even the announcer said it was a bad call the retired supervisor of big ten officials said there was no pass interference in the chicago tribune in february of this year. everyone knows it. I think it's time to move on. OSU fans don't deny anything, it should have been defensive holding. I talked to both LSU and Florida fans at the national championship game(s) and most of them agreed with me. If your going to use Dan Fouts, possibly one of the worst announcer's of all time, as one of your sources to why there should have been no flag then that's it. Game, set, match: me. Where shall I begin? First off youre a complete idiot, which is a fact. For you to sit there and claim that the U is so far above Ohio State tradition-wise just shows how ignorant you are. You dont like OSU? Fine, but at least give us the respect we are due. We have maintained a great tradition since the 1910s (Chic Harley) Thats almost over a century of tradition. Miamis tradition started in the early 80s, so basically they have become a football powerhouse in my lifetime.

You are nothing compared to Michigan, USC, Ohio State, Alabama, etc. And you know what? The ACC you play in is a joke. The Big10 (not as of lately) but historically has been a national powerhouse. Hell in the 60s and 70s it was the best conference in the country. Lets look at the numbers: National Titles: OSU 7, Miami 5; Heismans: OSU 6 winners/7 trophies, Miami 2; All-Time Wins OSU 808, Miami 552. All Americans: OSU 128, Miami 72. I think you get the idea, because the list goes on and on.

Last thing, yeah we got blown out by 2 great SEC teams and USC, but its on the national stage. OSU doesnt get blown out by the Louisiana Techs of the world 40-3 in a bowl game. Look at your 2007 schedule. You got blown out 3 times just in that year: Oklahoma 51-13, Virginia 48-0, and Virginia Tech 44-14. So dont sit their and pretend that just because our blow-outs are more publicized that it doesnt happen to you.

Thanks for having the Gamble INT on this. The INT has always been overshadowed by other plays during the 2002 season. First time that I have seen the Gamble INT on youtube. That was the forgotten play of not only this game but the entire 2002 season. Nickey was out of position and that pass likely would have been completed. What a play by Gamble.
