Orpheum Lofts Car Damage Incident (cleaning crew's car hits my parked car)

OK so my car is the green Ford Taurus. The cleaning crew's car is the red vehicle. When I parked my car I made sure there was plenty of space for the red car to leave. As you can plainly see the red car is able to leave eventually. However in the first try the driver backs up into my car causing damage to the quarter panel and the driver's side passenger door. The car stops after collding with my parked car. The driver pulls forward to make more room and then carefully backs out the second time.

@rizwanarasheed If it was a little scratch I would not really care. But the fact that there is now a significant gashon my car that can not be "buffed out" I am upset that the driver took off without leaving a note. They could have also come back to the manager's office on premise to report what had happened. But they chose not to.
