To be honest, my school's homecoming is a joke. No one cares about it. I wish they did. Instead they throw parties and get drink or high. I do see what you guys mean. A dance shouldn't be seen as something you have to make a big deal about. All that should matter is everyone has a goodnight doing what they love best with the people that truly matter...

Honestly, I think the Ultimate Homecoming Queen would be someone that doesn’t get so much attention in school. That doesn’t drown her face in makeup everday or burn her hair on a starightner every morning to impress that one guy. The girl who goes to school to worry about her grades, not what boy looks the best or who’s fighting with who. Someone that’s not a size small in jeans. Just a girl that doesn’t need some stupid crown to feel popular and in power. I admire girs like that.
