im khmer like to see sth like these but today all the prject is not khmer owned.dvelopment should go step by step. improve people living is important. today crrupt govmnt they benefit from these a lot . it din't mean anything to khmer people.
I think there is very beautiful but it is impossible to build new city!! It is because of the government's courruption. I hope the government must be fair forever.
I love Cambodi and Phnom Penh, but there is absolutely no way that half of this construction will be complete within the next few decades...they just simply isn't enough foreign direct investment to sustain this project...what's been worse is the way the corrupt government has destroyed the homes of thousands of its people with little repayment in order to push this far too ambitious project...this all is just far too unrealistic

This is a Metropolis City we are dealing with, not just a sky scraper building which takes atleast a significant amount of time or half of building this city. Great job building into developing this city, can't wait till its done so I can go visit one day.

I think so, but I'm not sure. It's good to be critic. But, unhealthy to be extremely critical. Give the Government the benefit of chance, even if it is less than a desirable number. So long as such a number is there, the Government may do the Job.
Remember, in the USA, all presidential candidates have been promising to provide a viable Health Care System since the time of Candidate Truman (Former USA president). And none of them has ever delivered one. But the chance is there!

This will not be done, one major issue is Phnom Penh is under sea level and with the rate of global warning eventually Phnom Penh will be obsolete.
