I go to a salon.. It was just light brown at first and than she just started adding blond highlights little by little every visit. I'm back to dark brown now though :( I miss my blond!

i use fredrick fekkai for color-treated hair it comes in a pink bottle you can find it at bath and body works.. little on the expensive side but its well worth it!! I live by the entire fredrick fekkai color treated hair collection lol
