Good news,although the mountains came down and did tremendous damage to this Panda reserve Wolong, only 1 Panda was killed. 5 staff were killed, but none of the Panda Keepers or tourists. THe Keepers got the tourists out first then the panda cubs. Which was no small task due to the entrance blocked and the road to the reserve was/is blocked also. Some of the Pandas have been moved to safer locations and more will be as can be. I think it is miraculous especially withall the post quake tremors.

Actually I was told at least 5 panda keepers were killed in the earthquake.

that is really sad news. they are heros and i am sorry for their families, relatives and friends who lost their loved ones.
