LEED certification is a fucking joke. A make work project. Engineers should design building efficiently without having to document or prepare documents for a fucking plaque for the owner.
Garbage bureaucracy. The only reason going green is popular is because people can actually make money on it. Fuck you LEED. I'll design my building efficiently without you.
@paulinator420 This country needs more people like you. I am getting surrounded by people that work for a corporation, or gubment, and the ones working for corporations( commercial construction) are forced by gubment to get their LEED certification so now it's like you are one of three things, jobless living off of the gubment, self employed dodging the govt. BS, or you are one way or another working for gubment. Great land of the free! We've built efficient homes for 40 years
