its not too much, try to keep it around 50. but free when ever possible. They normally haven't run in years when we get them. but most of them just work find with very little work. But then when we start doing what we do with them, they break all the time :) Mainly from lack of maintenance and their age finally take a tole on the parts. and the water :) Man... it is fun though :)
haha, the day before this, it was just me and mike, and we were seriously wasted drunk, and we came apon that crazy thing, and i looked at it for a few seconds, and then said, yeah, we got this. and we didn't either. i almost died. haha. tractor almost flipped forward a few times, got stuck just going into the begining. but man it was fun. alot of work, but crazy fun. it was alot easier this day when i was sobor. :) Yeah! mike's been keeping his dick in check.
Well, thats the offroader's addage- " if y dont break anything, then y aint having fun".
Y should make a 4x4 bolens hydro out of your spare/junk tractors- would be awsome- y mount another trans on the front , run it off the pulley in front and hook the linkages together- then run 4 of the large tires- would be wicked- id like to do something like that with my GT6000- use the WH trans on the front.
Large U joints added to the axle stubs, and fabricate up steering for it- ive seen some guy make a lifted 4x4 out of a craftsman lawntractor using a differential axle and ujoints.
haha, i can't take the credit for the Willys, that thing got it self out, i just turned the steering wheel :) yeah, mike wasn't drunk, so he was worred about dying. no brake's, that kind of thing. normally he bashes into a tree and doesn't even cover his head or anything :)

Drew watched me do it right before, and he didn't want to bash his back up that violently. especially after all the violent ravine stuff. :) he delivers heavy beer loads with a hand truck all the time, so his back gets beat up enough as it is. :) That thing is awesome man! i think it was 125 bucks, or 150, but man, it does kick ass. decent power, and the hydro is so much easier then gears. not that i don't like gears. but man, thats easier. the other hyrdo spun a drive shaft bearing
