When "Anyone" being Gay Is No Longer a News Story @ All, Society will finally prove it's Matured.
That this is even a News Story about "ANYONE" shows Humankind still has a long way to go when announcing someone's Sexuality is used to defind anyone as a person.
Celebrities & Politicians having to constantly answer questions as to whether they are Gay or Straight shows that as human beings we've matured or grown in intelligence VERY LITTLE over the past 100 years.
I just don't get why the press get so involved with peoples sexual orientation. I get they're in the spotlight and everything but you don't see news headlines saying "SO AND SO IS STRAIGHT!" It doesn't make them not human if they like the same sex, and it sure shouldn't make anyone think differently of them. I've loved clay since I was 11 and he was first on AI now im 20, and still going to concerts, anyone who hates him or any other gay person cause of their sexual preference is VERY shallow.
You know...why does this even matter? Why do they even need to make a video about it? Why does it matter if Clay is gay or not? He's not doing anything against the law , so who cares!

Am just browsing Clay Aiken stuff on YouTube and came across this. Makes no difference to me that he's gay. I oved him from the moment I saw him. He's a good man, great singer, does a lot for those less fortunate than he.

Actually most of the gay people you see on the street are completely average looking, but you don't notice them as gay people because they don't stand out as gay people. But I don't want to give my money to someone with that lifestyle. I don't buy his cds anymore, don't plan to go to anymore concerts, or buy anymore merchandise. If he does play on the radio or make a tv appearance I will listen/watch him because I do still love his beautiful voice, but I'm done spending money on him.

Here's the thing, the reason why ALL the gays look flaming is because you notice ONLY the flaming gays. Actually most of the gay people you see on the street are completely average looking, but you don't notice them as gay people because they don't stand out as gay people. If the percentages are correct, about 1 in every 15 people you see every day is gay.
Ditto for Christians (different stereotype, different percentage, but same concept).

All you have to do is read Jeremiah 10:1-10, and you can find the pagan roots of the Christmas tree stretching back thousands of years.

@hitmonlee1599 Yes. I believe Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the world and rose on the third day. As for hell, the word comes from Sheol, which means the grave (pit) from what I understand. However, I do believe there is a Lake of Fire, because the Bible talks about it.

"If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross" (Matthew 27:42) Who better to know that it was a cross than those people standing right in front of it? You need to read the Bible, man. Also, the Lake of Fire is mentioned in Revelation. Jesus mentions God destroying the body and soul in hell fire: "rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." (Matthew 10:28).

@blicksflicks The word cross is a misinterpretation when in reference to the bible. Torture stake in Mt 27:40 is used in connection with the execution of Jesus at Calvary, that is, Skull Place. There is no evidence that the Greek word stauros′ here meant a cross such as the pagans used as a religious symbol for many centuries before Christ. In the classical Greek the word stauros′ meant merely an upright stake, or pale, or a pile such as is used for a foundation.

But I don't want to give my money to someone with that lifestyle. I don't buy his cds anymore, don't plan to go to anymore concerts, or buy anymore merchandise. If he does play on the radio or make a tv appearance I will listen/watch him because I do still love his beautiful voice, but I'm done spending money on him.

But if you really belive it is wrong and starts to pull in religion, then there is nothing left to discuss, because you can't argument with something as unreal and obscure as god and spirits.
