@The GLaDOSvideoCore Oh, and if you are too far from facing the screen (like, off the the side) and Miku moves over towards the other direction, you cannot see her. The videos you've seen online are mostly from the DVD's where they film facing the screen. You really should get your facts straight before feeding people what you "know".

Glados... If you're referring to the Hatsune Miku concerts... you're wrong. Actually, it is a projection on to a flat (like a window) projector glass/DILAD screen.

MrVulcan, even through it isn't a screenless hologram, it's still pretty cool. I recommend checking it out. Not to mention Miku's voice is developed with a computer program called Vocaloid, developed by Yamaha. Other character and their voices perform too.

This isnt amazing, its simple.

On each side of the glass, above or below the display, are projectors, projecting images onto the glass. When you walk around it, from each side it looks like there is something in the middle. If you were to remove the glass pyramid,there would be no projection

Its the screens on the top that are sheilded by the black tarp that make the image. What shows up on the sccreen reflects onto the glass apearing to be inside of it. Nothing too complicated.
