this reminds me of when i take the bus all the time.i sometimes find myself really looking at people(not staring) but wondering about them.,or they start talking to me about their old lives, like right out of a book. this really somehow captures one of those moments for me,it reminds me
thanks pepe - i know what you're saying, i do the same thing - but i didn't always - maybe it come from riding mass transit too much, but a car is the last thing i need. thanks again - good to see you round again, with a working camera.
The object I found from this if lust be the foundation, is I think in all of us we feel lust to some extent for someone or something depending on whatever is floating whoever's boat, so thus I think in these intermediate occurrences & events of the sight of someone we deem attractive; lust ultimately crosses ones mind, I think its a way we bridge the connectivity to our fellow person in a sense of locating common ground; It remains a fantasy as the actuality would be far too dangerous!
VisionGhostPoet - thanks, and yeah, maybe what we call lust, can sometimes be just a clumsy way of wanting to know someone we approve of highly. Interesting that nature made it so young people are in a perpetual state of lust - preserves our species! - later dude, and thanks again - jack
sometimes I have issues about voyeurism,it is such a powerful tool for stripping away all the shackles and revealing basic truths about human nature, nice one Jack.
Thank you Fabian. And also, thanks for turning me on to Peeping Tom - I was unaware of that film, but I'll now make it a must see (I just about it on Wikipedia).
Ha! rafigonzalez - I thought this would be down your alley - and now that I'm riding the 5 train back and forth to the Bronx every day, I can tell you that the 5 runs hard, and it runs on time - it doesn't mess around - it may be a little old, but it's hotly tuned, and well oiled, and it's run by a very, very, experienced crew.
Hey Steve, that's cool, because I hadn't thought about that, but it is just like "Little Red Riding Hood"! Maybe these thing float around in our subconscious, for like, ever. Thanks for commenting.
the girl's face is amazing, unique to my eyes, and it was cool the big book ( lolita has a 130 IQ +-) The umbrella is a protective hood, and a phallic weapon against NYC film makers on the loose.
Thank you Thomas - and I told you that I would hold off a month before publishing another video, but it seems that about 3 weeks was the best that I could do.
Thank you 526723 - and also, thanks for turning me on to Captain Beefheart, because he brought inspiration to the editing of this. Actually, I think you might be able to feel a little of him in this (but maybe that's just in my imagination).
@44stevo2 Caught you peeping! Thanks for commenting!

Thank you Paul - and I wonder, is it the filmmaker - or is it the audience.

I know in my work its the filmaker, having said that I never cease to be amazed by some of the stuff people read into my work.

Nice!
Reminds me a little of Michael Powell's 'Peeping Tom' (1960).
Keep it true and obscure, never compomise..!
