The reason this worked in the first place ever is because of the fact that the sit/stand macro was disconnection macro. Macros that disconnect you forecefully without logout or alt+f4 can teleport bug you if done in trigger spots before they were patched by blizzard and removed.

This green smoke thing was a hoax that was done back in TBC. You cannot "lag" through the green smoke into the Emerald Dream. The Emerald Dream is located on map 169, and is a series of zones put together. The place is huge. Kalimdor is map 0. There is no relation between the two maps.

The only real way to get there is to use a recall GM command to the Emerald Forest (most popular), or use a port hack on a live server, and risk having the Blizz warden autotrack you and be banned.

When in the smoke you used a lag macro it would dc you. Apon logging back in youd be in free fall for a few sec hit the ground run north east to the waterfall there was a trigger point there that would zone you into ED

There all guarded by really strong dragons, so I dont think low level should try. Its for a quest, so I think thats the only way to really enter the Emerald Dream.

I think I saw the green mist on another video, yet the person said you had to do a sit/stand lag effect in the mist in the Mount Hyjal raid dungeon. must not be available on my live servers. (when you go into a dungeon, you go into a seperate server made especially to handle 80 characters in one place)

this is no longer possible to do the green gas because Blizzard fixed the lag from the /sit /stand and I tried it in a private server and it didn't work even though u could enter raids solo. The only way I could get in was to make my own server and disable the area triggers and then teleport it with .recall port emerald d and it first took me back out but then it loaded just fine, I am trying to make that a raid in my server but the teles aren't working. This did work before but not now.
