Cynicism doesn't make corruption easier, ignorance, greed and lack of moral strength facilitate corruption. Cynicism is the result, not the cause.

He's not an analyst, he's a promoter. "We" is not the Culture except through passive acceptance. It's much easier to accept corruption of culture than refuse it as a group. The group will only reject corruption through a Charismatic leader and Lessig ain't it. Artists are going to change this War? LMAO.

history has always had changed made by the few. the American revolution being the biggest. The majority didn't want it even, but they felt it was for the better. This technology wants to be free, the people want it, but the few who have power are holding us back. Its time for change.
