I used to heal MC40 (Vanilla) So I know how hard to heal without it is, and how things are different in Wrath you virtually need an addon like healbot or Grid, it makes everything so much clearer on your screen, you want 25 peoples names on your screen, completly cluttering it so you can't see anything, go for it.
