I have to admit, I gasped when I saw all that grease dripping and then pouring from the chicken... That certainaly does NOT happen at home... Not ever in my life when I ate fried chicken at home, the grease or oil poured.. Not even dripped... Just what are we eating?

As a KFC worker, I would just like to say, that Grilled Chicken obviously was not made right. That is unacceptable and I'm sorry you had to eat that.

ok, sorry but the grilled chicken is supposed to be "healthier" than the breaded and uhhhh that was disgustingly greasy and I know , I know fast food is never healthy, but DAMN... they TRY to make it look "grilled" and market it as "healthy" but it's basically just the chicken dunked in grease and fried without the breading!

The grease is from the skin of the chicken. It doesn't matter how you cook chicken, if you leave the skin on it, it will be greasy and have more fat compared to skinless chicken. Chicken skin is nothing but pure fat.

And it looks like most of the dripping "grease" in the video was just water because the chicken had been sitting around while still hot, so all the steam just got trapped and water dripped back onto the chicken. I've never seen clear grease in my life, it was most likely water.

That kfc chicken looked nasty. For that much you could probably buy a complete rotisserie chicken from a grocery store. I dont really like Quiznos torpedos. They don't heav much flavor, and although they look long, theres really not much in it to make you full.

There is only one Quizno restaurant by me, but it is inside of a gas station, and that is what turns me off, that Torpedo looks good. I have had KFC Grilled Chicken, I love it, it so so good, so much better than original recipe, which I don't like very much. I think the sides make the meal, they are amazing. It is NOT cheap though, I would rather go to Boston Market for that price. The grilled chicken at my closest KFC wasn't grease filled unless you got it in a bag with Original Recipe.

People eat fast food every day. They spend their hard earned money on it. I am putting my GI system on the line to make sure people are getting what they pay for.

I suspect that I am ahead of my time. Some day text books will teach kids about my heroism, bravery and courage.

Also, KFC still fries most of their chicken. Grilled chicken is just a new option. Have a good day!
