I'm not really planning to make a speedrun of Super Mario Sunshine in the near future. I'm just searching for improvements in his run to make it easier for me or the next speedrunner to beat this run.

All in all Thiradell's run is not that good. He had always some mistakes or sloppy parts in the beginning of his segments, but I would try to be always really risky in the first 3 minutes of a segment, cause it's easy to redo it then.

Well judging by the fact that there is sound, the slightly less quality, and the lack of yellow text at the top of the screen, I think this is non-TAS.

there is yellow text on the top of the screen, when I'm TASing, but that's not lack, that's just the savestate text.

how do you slide all the time that fast although u slide all the time over normal ground without water?

if you spray water on the ground and begin sliding then mario belly stays wet and he slides without water. ^^
