Wow. This was a nice one! Not even a demo quality - they were probably just testing it for the very first time. You can only imagine how this sketchy 'patchwork' developed into a masterpiece of modern music.
Was this while they opened for Alanis Morisette? I wish Ed sang backup in the lives of the OKC version, he sounds great in this one.

it sounds like knives at the start. The euphoric/ethereal sound of the album version is lost to a sinister dangerous vibe. Still rocks balls though

kinda has more of a minor chord feel to it. i like the differences actually but the album version is one of my favorite songs of all time.
