Looks like an awesome arcade but I must say, I think there is just a little too much light entering the area. I remember loving the fact that the arcades of the 80's were very dark inside. The light created by the machines provided all or most of the lighting. still, I must visit the 1984 Arcade.
@cfx5000 yah, as Infarc said, it's on purpose. We call it "brightly dark". Even allowing for the fact that it looks like this was filmed shortly after we opened (4pm) and it hasn't got dark yet, we made it dark enough to enjoy the games and everything looks great and vivid, but light enough everyone feels safe and comfortable... and light enough for those who want to sit and hang out and read our 80s magazines ;)
The place is the 1984 arcade, if you do a search online you can find our website. All of our games are on "free play", we have external credit buttons mounted in order to preserve the "coin" noise that most games had, but people never get to hear. Sometimes a game ends up having a zillion credits on it because of that.
We have a Grand Lizard, Space Invaders Pin, Swords of Fury, Space Riders, High Speed, Black Knight and Black Knight 2000. :)
Awesome business you got there, bud

I must visit this place before I die. You can't have an 80's arcade without the distictive sound of Star Castle. Awesome!

Damn, check this place out! Where IS this place? There are not too many left like this.
You have a great selection of classic machines and it's good to see so many customers in there enjoying them.
Nice Star Castle machine. 19 credits? Is it on freeplay or is that a hard core player?
Also cool to see the Grand Lizard pinball. I've got that one also.
