SECOND AMENDMENT
Second amendment states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; plain and simple. The constitution prohibits the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT from making laws regarding "arms". Regulation of "arms" is a state function.
TAXES
A fair tax system isn't the FairTax system. The FairTax is a consumption tax on new, final point of purchase, goods and services. He's talking about a flat tax. Do some research.
