On discovery channel they said you have to go around 30miles to do this, not too fast. And just before the end of the ramp, steer back. When on two wheels, turning left turns the car left, and right to right, BUT if the car starts to fall to the left you must turn right, and vica-versa. In theory any kind of car able to do this, but i still dont't advise to do this without proper circumstances.

just get a ramp and get your balance right. if you go on neutral, you'll stop, if you stop you'll fall back on 4 wheels... or flip over :)
