Of course you can. My cousins loved to play Split Screen on Foundry (sadly, it lacks the molten metal pit in split screen), or on some Edited Parks

For make very high score in that level you need to make a quite good start and stay during whole round in the parking...I did a bit about 890'000 (Exactly, I know it's a bit more but nevermind).

Yeah, they ripped off the woods in PSone. I got very disappointed too when I noticed that Foundry lacks the molten metal pit in split screen.
