i learnt how to do em today start off slowly and work your way up. you have to practice getting ontop of the rail lots so dont get frustraited. youll teach youself how to sooner or later youll feel yourself get comfortable with it so u start sliding on the rail long er and long( i learnt on a round rail made from a street sign pole. the key is to learn how to frontside 180 on flat first
