The track is Barber Motorsports Park here in Birmingham, AL. Seems like everyone does their tests down here. Not that I'm complaining :P

Very good riding there SuperRetard. I think you better change the camera mounted on the bike cause the frame rate is so terrible.

I heard that Yamaha R6's aren't suitable for city riding. Would you recommend ZX6R for that purpose? -Hate the look of Hondas...

r6s are fine for city riding. i hate the look of the 09s but the zx6 is a great machine, if your considering it, just grab one.

R6 would be the worst for street riding the powerband is so high up in the rpms.... R6 is more suited for the track

the powerband on ANY 600cc sport bike that's an inline 4 is really high in the powerband. besides, you wouldn't want to be in the powerband in city streets anyways... it's gotten me entirely too many speeding tickets. lol xD

basically, what im saying is that... all "supersports" in the inline 4 600cc range are "more suited for the track" but people ride them on the street all the time. if you're looking for something torque-ier, grab a triumph 675 has a pretty punchy triple or consider a v-twin like a ninja 650 or an sv.

Had my 1st track day this week :) on a K2 636, only prob was i've metz 06 on and they are not soft enough, but ended up draggin' both knees and boot, very tiring at first, i've got no idea about the 'line' to ride tho'...

Took our '07 company ZX-6R for a spin today... what an amazing sound on a stock bike. The intake howl is just amazing!!! Not to mention the superb brakes... (Nissin beats Tokico I guess...)

Can't wait till temperatures reach over 15 degrees...

Will post an onboard lap movie on Assen, Zandvoort or Spa asap...

the 636 has been my dream bike for the longest time so i was pissed when i found out they were discoing it. then i saw that new one the day they put it on the site and fell in love all over again. im getting one asap!

Green is great especially when Yanagawa-san is piloting. At this speed you sure need to know where you're going. The camera position is a bit naff imo. Great way to spend 10 minutes just 3 or 4 guys on the track and a brand new kwaki...
