It's always in the best interest of any manufacturer to reach as many people as possible with the marketing of their product. With this extremely important factor in mind, does it make sense to alienate over 60% of your potential clientele? Absolutely Not! ...Crate/Blackheart has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, they do NOT have what it takes to be truly successful. I can assure Crate/BH, they've lost my purchase over this video! How many more will they lose before they wake up!
Crate lost greater majority of their clientele with the signing a contract with the devil garbage. One would think they have learned something in all their yrs and would certainly know, church musicians make up the greater portion of any manufacturers sales. They are the ones who have the money to spend! ...it goes back to the old saying, religion & politics don't mix ...they might as well have said they only sell to democrats, the results would have been the same, low sales ... Amateur Move!
@oysterlicker ...."This movie made me not want the amp". I would have to agree. I was on the fence with the BH100H stack or the B-52 AT-100 ...Crate helped make that decision easy. Their marketing is the best thing that ever happen to B-52. What it said to me was, they will do anything for sales, even promote a poor message. I would feel better about buying from a company who is intelligent enough to leave politics and religion out of the mix. ...LOUD Amateurs! Where's SLM when you need them?
I jammed with one of these at my Local Guitar shop, i was really impressed. imagine a fender vintage and an orange adt30 had sex. this would be the baby. pretty amazing. but it is boutique. hand crafted so you get a small less powerful amp, works well with distortion but it does wonders with fuzz and specially overdrive. and has a broad range of Tones (either way its a steal at 259.00$) i'm getting one 4 christmas.
what a terrible terrible video for such a quality amplifier.
