  • good times...

  • That uniform was awesome !

  • Coupons for baseball games!!! Damn, I live in NY and I'm lucky if I can even get into Yankee stadium or Citi field...

  • I have this exact SAME video in my account! Lived in Houston at the time. This commercial aired on KPRC Ch. 2.

  • Houston rainbow jerseys FTW!

  • Love those great old uniforms. And not only that, at least Scraps and Ash knew how to wear baseball pants too. None of that crap of dragging on the ground. The pants ended just below the knees and the sock stirrups were pulled up high.

  • HOUSTON ASTROS 4EVER !!!

    FROM PUERTO RICO.

  • I like the A's unis from the '70s. They should go back to those, as there currant unis are pretty boring.

  • I actully dig the old Astros unis. If any one baseball team has a tradition of ugly uniforms, it's the Toronto Blue Jays, coming in second is the Boston Red Sox

  • @quietriotfan1976 nope, the pirates with their horizontally striped hats.....

  • @SimpleStuff31

Nah, my money is still on the Blue Jays. Between the powder blue, and the teams old logo, they looked like a walking billboard for a preschool.

  • holy craps, that scrap iron and ash.

  • I have one of the jerseys. I found it in a thrift store (in england), it only cost me £8 and it's exactly the same as the ones those guys are wearing. I've looked at how much the replica jerseys cost and they are so expensive! I am very lucky!

  • I want the jersey !

  • Awesome

  • I WANT THAT DEAL!!!

  • GO STROS! lol

this is badass....i want that wristband!

  • i might want to go to burger king if that was nolan ryab doing the commercial

  • The service at Burger King has gotten so bad that I wouldn't go there even if Nolan was doing the ad. Besides, I think Nolan owns a Whataburger franchise so I doubt he'd do a Burger King ad.

  • haha i guess i"ll wont get there anymore not that i do, i go 2 whataburger

  • Looks like Phil Garner and Alan Ashby.

  • $1.99 for that cap? Dang, I can't find one for less than $20 now...

  • yea i know right I bought one that looks just like that for $25

  • You can if it isn't a fitted cap. I remember back in 1996, when I got my first Yankee authentic cap, I payed $17 for it. I miss the 90's.

  • @Ashitaka1110 MLB baseball caps go for over thirty bucks nowadays.

  • ESTE ES MI EQUIPO !

  • Got to love those throwback rainbow uniforms! I love when the Astros sport these throwback uniforms (I know the ones in this video were the real thing back then). They look so cool. I do like the brick red outfits, but the rainbows are classic.

  • Go Astros,,,,,,

  • From the 1985 season.

  • Uni Watch sent me

  • lolololol same

  • Keeping it rich. Keep Houston Rich.

  • WOW . . . That was pretty old! I miss the Astrodome.

  • oh.....my....god.

  • I wonder how much authentic MLB caps used to cost in those days.

  • I don't think you could get 'em back then

  • dude thats ike in 1991

  • I love the uni's from the 80's. All those colors beats today's generic, boring bland ones.

  • @bionicbigfoot I totally agree! a lot of people put those uniforms down, I loved 'em, and I like the ones with the shooting star, from the late 60s and very early 70s...

  • Those uniforms look like they would be better suited on a Burger King employee.

  • what about the jersey? I'd go to BK to get a Rainbow Guts jersey.

  • $1.99 for a cap?! Man,those were the days!

  • That's Phil Garner, clean shaven, and Alan Ashby. Those fruit stripe uniforms were ugly, but worth pleny of dough now. I have a game worn top and matching pants, I got it my way!
