Aoc is a good game, but they need to have something in the end, like end game raids. I like the system, but the graphic is nice as well, but i also like WoWs graphic, maybe its cartoony, but ill say that pc games should stay in that graphic.

The game is so much better now, many new quests, new items, new zone Ymir's pass lvl 55-65, new high and mid lvl dungens, revamped dungeons, revamped proffesions, rebalanced classes, new pvp-gear, pvp-system, pvp-resoruces, pvp-lvls and much much more !
Yeah it was a good game until I hit 20 and NPC's stopped talking to me and there was no efficient way to travel. Oh and don't forget the fact that every server is dead and like 50,000 people play this game.

Yes, after lvl 20+ (outside of tortage the newb are), the npcs dont have voice over. Well they added voice over in a patch long time ago, so after tortage maybe 30-40 npcs have voice in different zones.
Its much easier to travel now. they added new wagoners and more locations were you can go.
And no every server is not dead there are around 8-9 servers that have high population and rest have medium/low pop. .
mmorpg games are never good at the start, many bugs and stuff... But try you to make an mmorpg and see how hard it is to manage one. You can't make an mmorpg game without bugs and gliches at start. And imagine, how MANY people you'll need to make voice over. WoW doesn't got voice, but AoC got voice on most. Patches are those who fix the game. Although i am aware that WoW has ALOT of people playing it, you have to take into account the number of secondary accounts, inactive accounts and the legion of goldsellers accounts that clog up the system.
Personally I hope that a new MMO destroys WoW, as Blizzard are lazy and throw out the same crap with different numbers over and over again. Just look up the new "Expansion" and you'll see how shitty it has become.

AoC is by the far the most boring mmorpg ive ever played. Completely devoid of content lvl 55+, absolutely no meangingful content endgame, its rubbish and they already having to merge servers due to so many leaving the game.
Great so I'm guessing this game will never come out for the PS3 or XBOX 360...If it did it would sell pretty good I am not too much of a fan of PC but I would think it would be complicated for me because I'm used to PS3!

Only problem Conan has atm is technical issues. BSOD, etc. Look at their tech forum. Some issues have like thousands of replies. Issues that aren't being fixed. Age of conan, from what i have seen and played so far, (Had the game 2 days) is absolutley brilliant. I have played wow for 1 1/2 years n i needed a change before wotlk. I thought this game would be a good fill in, but to be honest i'm starting to like it more than i like wow. The graphics are better, gameplays better, costs a little more than wow (£10pm), and is a little more in depth and complicated. But overall brilliant game 5/5.
Age of Conan is probably the greatest game ever created, just the shear size of the world makes it better. 30gig game! it's the most in-depth, advanced game ever made. ex: your mount can actually trample people, you can attack while on your mount, you don't run through mobs or people, they are solid. extremely beautiful landscapes and textures. life-like models, unlike the cartoonish wow. 10X better graphics than oblivion.
i bought credit for wow and forgot how shot the graphics looked, wasting hours through these repetative instances for shitty low rez 2 polygon items that do fuck all difference!
Wow does have its moments though plus its concept is more interesting. But it looks shit and gameplay is spent moslty on waiting.

Ive played this game it is very good. It has minor glitches and its not laggy unless you dont have the computer for it. Saying it wont last is very idiotic because the game just came out. Once they fine tune it the game will be all the more worth while to play.

Im going to buy a new computer to play this game on max settings but ive heard that some of the graphic card dont run with the new DX10 anyone know if these specs can run the game ?

heaa21, it seems that you havent played AOC in a very long time, i recommend you to resub and give it a try again.
The game is so much better now, many new quests, new items, new zone Ymir's pass lvl 55-65, new high and mid lvl dungens, revamped dungeons, revamped proffesions, rebalanced classes, new pvp-gear, pvp-system, pvp-resoruces, pvp-lvls and much much more !

Some servers are even overpopulated ( for exampel Fury (EU) ).
And no there is no 50k people playing the game, 150.000k people play the game, and many new join everyday.

Yeah it was a good game until I hit 20 and NPC's stopped talking to me and there was no efficient way to travel. Oh and don't forget the fact that every server is dead and like 50,000 people play this game.

heaa21, you have very wrong info my friend. AOC is a very good game.
Yes, after lvl 20+ (outside of tortage the newb are), the npcs dont have voice over. Well they added voice over in a patch long time ago, so after tortage maybe 30-40 npcs have voice in different zones.
Its much easier to travel now. they added new wagoners and more locations were you can go.
And no every server is not dead there are around 8-9 servers that have high population and rest have medium/low pop. .

mmorpg games are never good at the start, many bugs and stuff... But try you to make an mmorpg and see how hard it is to manage one. You can't make an mmorpg game without bugs and gliches at start. And imagine, how MANY people you'll need to make voice over. WoW doesn't got voice, but AoC got voice on most. Patches are those who fix the game. I played WoW in 4 years, and this game has allready beaten WoW. so before you say something mindless, think again, and watch your word. Have a nice day.

You don't understant much, do you?... You start saying this is a bad game, because they doesn't have voice over on npc's after tortage. But try you make an mmorpg with voice over, that will be hard. The "Circle of death strafe" is fucking stupid, but unfortunately that is the only way to play.

Although i am aware that WoW has ALOT of people playing it, you have to take into account the number of secondary accounts, inactive accounts and the legion of goldsellers accounts that clog up the system.
Personally I hope that a new MMO destroys WoW, as Blizzard are lazy and throw out the same crap with different numbers over and over again. Just look up the new "Expansion" and you'll see how shitty it has become.

AoC is by the far the most boring mmorpg ive ever played. Completely devoid of content lvl 55+, absolutely no meangingful content endgame, its rubbish and they already having to merge servers due to so many leaving the game.

Lol regardless of what you guys says the games popularity won't fade. Theres a ton of stuff to do other than farm bosses like some other games... Cough.
Only problem Conan has atm is technical issues. BSOD, etc. Look at their tech forum. Some issues have like thousands of replies. Issues that aren't being fixed. They'd rather fix boobs on female characters than fix player's issues with AMAZING COMPUTERS that are still getting blue screen of death or game crashes.

Age of conan, from what i have seen and played so far, (Had the game 2 days) is absolutley brilliant. I have played wow for 1 1/2 years n i needed a change before wotlk. I thought this game would be a good fill in, but to be honest i'm starting to like it more than i like wow. The graphics are better, gameplays better, costs a little more than wow (£10pm), and is a little more in depth and complicated. But overall brilliant game 5/5.

Age of Conan is probably the greatest game ever created, just the shear size of the world makes it better. 30gig game! it's the most in-depth, advanced game ever made. ex: your mount can actually trample people, you can attack while on your mount, you don't run through mobs or people, they are solid. extremely beautiful landscapes and textures. life-like models, unlike the cartoonish wow. 10X better graphics than oblivion.

Wow does have its moments though plus its concept is more interesting. But it looks shit and gameplay is spent moslty on waiting.
I got aoe and its good. the opening cinematic sucks which is a big downfall for its image

Ive played this game it is very good. It has minor glitches and its not laggy unless you dont have the computer for it. Saying it wont last is very idiotic because the game just came out. Once they fine tune it the game will be all the more worth while to play.
